My husband leased a Chystler Pacifica from them and we were lead to believe that it had a dvd player. There was a dvd stuck in the car so my husband took off the face of the dvd player to unlodge the dvd and thats when he found out that it was only the face plate for show there was no actually dvd player. My husband told Shawn Chavis about this and was told that they will install one, to this day they still have not. My husband also left his Jeep for them to resale. The allowed an employee with a known alcohol problem and numerous DUI's drive the care arround for his own personal use. He was drink driving and totaled the Jeep. At first Shawn tried to lie and act like the car was on the lot when we got the notice from the tow company. After I confronted Shawn with the information that we had he agreed and signed a noterized paper to pay us the 3500 owed on the Jeep. That was in November 2014 that he signed this and to this day we have not recieved any money from them. ( We even tried to be reasonable and allow them to pay us 200 a month).
