I made a purchase for a pool for $49.99 (Huge family pool 24'×52"×1)online from a company called Thatbasket.com on June 15,2017,I have sent numerous emails & have yet to receive an email in return.
I order the simplex pool from them for $49.99 on June 16th and never received the item. I have co tasted them several times and the never respond. The only contact information I could find is an email address but it seems to be useless because they don't respond to it anyway.
I ordered a swimming pool over a month ago and never received it. I emailed them many times with no response. I even told them I was contacting the attorney general office. I ask them to refund my money. Nothing from them.
About a month-and-a-half ago I seen an ad online talking about buying a pool for $49.99 so I took a chance to do it for my kids then after that they took their Facebook down they wouldn't reply to emails there was no more ways to communicate with them and still no pool!! Now my credit card company is telling me no refund so I have to call them again. Please help solve this issue!
June 15th of 2017, I ordered a pool from a website called thatbasket.com. they stated to please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping. I have emailed them multiple times, to which I have not received a response. It is Now July 30th and I still have not received my pool nor a response from them. I have seen on Facebook where countless other people have done the same thing. They have ripped hundreds of people off with this. Unfortunately I can not get my money back and now I am out a pool as well. Do not buy from these people. Thatbasket.com
I bought a pool a couple weeks ago from thatbasket.com. I have tried contacting them, via email, and they have not responded. All i want is my money back at this point.
I ordered merchandise did not receive will not answer emails salt me email saying they have received my order information credit card information that's all cost me fifty bucks
