My name is Daniel Sanchez I am a roofing contractor who provided labor for Mr Robert board at Tex Maxx construction. I have done many roofs for mr Robert and never had a problem until now. He decided to only Pay me half for a roof and runoff with the rest of the money. He still owes me 2600.00 dollars. I completed a roof for him on 12/2015 . I was never paid. I recently contacted homeowner to let them know that I will be having to put a lien on there home as well as take mr Board to small claims court. He also snubbed me on a repair for 400 dollars. If you want a contractor who helps get liens put on your home go ahead and hire Tex Maxx right away. This man cuts corners and simply cannot be trusted.
I contacted this man from a referal. It turns out my friend didnt know him personally. Anyway I contacted him about an addition to my home. I needed an addition put in off my kitchen. It already had 2 walls around it. Anyway he gave me an estimate via email after coming by 2 days before. I said ok and aske dwhen he could get started. He said he needed and engineer approval and city. I paid 500 for that. Anyway I got the plans from the engineer and I though all was good.
He asked for $4,750 down to start. I handed him a check on a Sunday October 25th. He said he would order lumber the next day. Wednedsay morning I didnt hear from him and called him,no answer. Two days later he texts me and says he was going to send the concrete man to measure etc. He came by and said he would have to get 811 people to check for utilities.
A week passed before my concrete posts for support got dug They hit a gas line anyway. Which halted work for a day. Kept calling him and he text me its gonna rain and we cant get out there. A whole wekk passed my husband and my friend call him. He finally shows up and stays for 4 doing hardly nothing. He just put an elbow joint and extension on a plastic pipe off kitchen sink. Today is Nov.19,2015 and I am out 4750 and just looking at a heap of dirt back there.
