I took my car in for a rattle and the guy said it was because i needed tire rods so he puts the tire rods on and i drive down tbe road and my car still rattled I went back up there and left it again he calls tells me i need lower control arms thats why its rattling then he tells me i should go ahead and get rack and pinion because I need that to So I get all that done i go pick up my car I drive down the road and there's still a rattle I go back up there he tells me it's a plastic piece and I'd have to replace the whole part ...by this time I'm out of money ...he tells me to turn up my radio if i didnt want to hear the rattle I was furius i went to another mechanic and it was the sway bar making the rattle and he fixed it About a week later my steering is making a noise i call the new mechanic and tell him the problem i take it up tthere and he tells me my rack fell it will have to be replaced he knew my situatiin so he called oriely to get the part replaced Come to find out Temple Automotive has not paid for the part and they shut down the business I'm left with a guy doing it for free who is a friend of the guy at Temple Auto this guy took almost two months to fix the rack he wasn't in a hury long story and there's more but that is basically what happened
