I started my TeesSpring store in February of 2017. I have been slowly building my inventory and gaining traction as I perfected my craft. I went out of my way to design items for their boosted pillow and canvas campaigns. I have started making a steady income and was started to scale my business up.

Then I get an email from TeeSpring saying that FB informed them that I have committed several violations against their ad policy and that Facebook requires TeeSpring to disable my account as result immediately. They send a template email and basic template replies to my inquiries that I need to contact FB. FB is even less helpful in replying to my inquiries and I have yet to get anyone on either side to help. No one seems to care.

So, no notifications from FB about violations of any kind prior to this happening. ZERO! No FB account issues of any kind.

If I had violations, I am pretty sure they would tell me AND possibly shut down my account, neither of which has happened. I know I have not violated any protocols and I follow the rules.

I have emailed the appropriate departments, escalation teams, tec. Same response - Contact FB. They have told me nothing.

I have pleaded my case to them and Facebook. I can get NO customer service in this matter. Guilty with no proof or opportunity to talk to someone to get the matter taken care of.

I am beyond frustrated and devastated. I have put so much work into my TeeSpring store because I like their platform and I can have all my products support various animal charities.

Shameful TeeSpring. VERY POOR business practices to say the least!!

This company has seven different shirts on their site using my Copyrighted material. I've submitted numerous requests to them that they be removed but they keep adding more instead. Their toll-free number just goes to voicemail. Please don't reward this compay that rips off artists with your business! Thanks!

My debit card was charged $25.98 for an unauthorized purchase from Teespring.com. I made one purchase over a year ago from this company but none recently. I contacted and spoke to James who stated he could not find the charge anywhere on his computer and I would basically have to dispute it with my Bank. He was supposed to call me back after checking with his European partners but I received no such call to date. I disputed this with my bank and had to close my debit card which means, all of my bill pay accounts will have to be changed as well. I vow never to purchase from any seller on the Internet other than reputable companies that I know won't rip me off.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They accepted my money and then began a series of BS emails apologizing for not delivering my purchase. Today 5-18-16 I still have not received my merchandise or a refund and it has been weeks. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I have charges from teespring.com on not one, but two different credit cards for purchases that I did not make: one charge on March 31, 2016, in the amount of $104.71 on one credit card, and another charge on April 5, 2016, in the amount of $121.75 on a second credit card....very strange. I bought one t-shirt from this site and that was two years ago using PayPal as my method of payment.

I have tried calling their customer service number numerous times over the last few days in order to resolve these unauthorized charges, and I keep receiving a recorded message saying that "our phone support is currently experiencing much higher volumes than normal", and suggesting that I contact them via online chat, after which they disconnect the call with no opportunity to leave a message.

I tried contacting customer service via online chat on the teespring web site and received no response whatsoever during the chat session; the chat session was shown as active, but no one ever responded, even after waiting at least 10 minutes.

I have since had to contact the credit card companies to dispute the charges, and cancel and replace my credit cards. What a hassle.
