I called these guys to come out to my house and fix a stairmaster. They take your credit card info over the phone when you book an appointment, They were supposed to come between 3 and 5. I called at 4:50 becuase no one had come yet, no one answers. I left 2 messages on different numbers I found AND even texted the number on the site that allows texts. NO ONE REPOSNDED. The next morning I call at 9:30 and talk to someone who puts me on hold for 4 minutes and then with little to no energy tells me someone should have called me, there was a problem with a tech. No kidding. Says he will get back to me in 30 to see if he can get a tech out. Guess what? NO CALL. I called back and another lady answers and with the same lack of enthusiasm tells me she will talk to someone. Told her not to bother and to rip up my credit card info. This company is a JOKE.
