My boyfriend and I each bought a license of MS Office 2016 from TechProKings in March 2017. I installed mine within 30 days with no problem. My boyfriend waited until August 2017 to install and the key does not work. We have tried to contact the company which has no phone number, only an support request page on their site but have not heard back anything at all.
It would appear that others have had similar problems which have been resolved. Their web site appears to have nothing for sale now though so it is dubious if we have been ripped off. They may have disappeared altogether. At this point it looks like a lost cause.

I purchased one of their copies of Microsoft Office Professional Pro and everything was fine after the install but then later received a message that my product key was invalid. I tried emailing them at their support email, but have gotten no response, I tried logging into my account to search the order and was unable too also when I try to reset my password it just does nothing. I tried calling their number on their website, but it is a number for a travel agency. Also I never got a real receipt when I made my order. Usually you get some kind of generic receipt explaining what you bought, how much you paid, what date, from who, how you paid, etc... I got nothing. This site is definitely a scam.
I needed Office and looked online and saw ProKIng's offer. I downloaded Office and attempted to use Product Ket I was given. It would not work. I called them no answer LONG vociemail message is all. I emailed 3 times no response. I called Microsoft and was told the Product Key I had was for MSDN only, whatever that means, and that it was illegal to give it to me.
MSDN was something I had a little access to when I was at a tech college, sorry i can't offer more info. But regardless Techprokings is definitely a scam!!

I purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 through Tech Pro kings. I had a few problems with installation/activation but Mark O'Hara helped me resolve the issues and my husband is ooing and aahing over it as I write this. Tech Pro Kings came through with customer satisfaction and apparently they believe their products should reach all people with such a great deal.
As a side note, when someone attempts to validate themselves by presenting themselves as having been with the Federal Trade Commission, I would seriously question the validity of their review. I'm not saying they haven't been with the FTC I'm just wondering why they brought it up.
