Target Brands, Inc. Reviews

I mailed a letter to Target warning them about their behaivor. I filed three disputes with Experian and each time Target lied to Experian. I paid off the entire balance and they ignored the dispute and lied to Experian again. I just spoke with Target Red Card and they lied again, this time lying about when I made the payment. So they just got fired. I have a $1400 credit limit with Target RedCard, I never paid late once in the last three years since I became a customer. The result is that every month my credit score goes down because of Target and also Capitol One another scam credit card. Please do not do business with them. Its time Americans stand up to these companies. I am now going to file a lawsuit against them in Civil Court.

#Discrimaition,

#Adam Rippetoe has been reported many times to store manager Rob Scholer who is never available or returns calls. He has ignored on reports filed on July 14 3 times.

Agencies have been informed. Target has not taken any action.

I found out that the costumer service based out of Phillipines or South America forget to send the report filed. I check few days ago and they apologized. A case was filed with target and police department also. Adam hates people of color.

#targetmickinneysw.

Don’t leave fanioy unattended. My 16 year old is #terrified with Adam Ripptoes behavior. She could not believe people can be that 'wrong' in all ways

ON 4/21/22 I BOUGHT A BLUE YETI MICROPHONE WITH MY CREDIT CARD. BOX WAS NEVER OPENED I WENT TO GO RETURN THIS ITEM SINCE I DID NOT NEED IT. WHEN I RETURNED IT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD.

AT THAT TIME THEY TOLD ME BECAUSE I WAS A FEW DAYS PAST 30 DAYS THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD DO AN OVERRIDE BUT THE REFUND WOULD BE $20 LESS THAN WHAT I PAID FOR IT.

I DECLINED THE REFUND BECAUSE IT WAS NOT FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. MY POSITION ON THIS MATTER IS THAT THE BOX WAS SEALED AND NEVER OPENED AND THEY COULD SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THEREFORE THEY ARE NOT LOSING MONEY BY GIVING ME A REFUND.

A COMPLAINT WAS MADE TO TARGET CORPORATE AND A STORE CREDIT FOR THE FULL AMOUNT WAS OFFERED HOWEVER I HARDLY EVER SHOP IN THIS STORE AND IT WOULD BE USELESS AND IN MY OPINION I SHOULD BE OFFERED A CREDIT CARD REFUND.

I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO CORPORATE EMPLOYEES THAT CALLED ME THAT I HAD NO CAR FOR A WHILE BECAUSE MY CAR WAS IN THE SHOP BECAUSE IT HAD NO STEERING AND THAT I HAD MY CAR I WOULD HAVE RETURNED THIS ITEM SOONER.

THEY STILL REFUSED TO GIVE A CREDIT CARD REFUND.

Drove to the store to get charcoal lighter fluid listed in this week's ad. Had to go to the farthest corner of the store. No lighter fluid. Went back to the customer service at the front of the store. That person called the manager who then went back to the department. Kept us waiting at least 15 minutes only to say 'we are out of it.' No offer of a raincheck or shipping. Total waste of time and the cost of fuel to get there.

Avoid Target. They seem to think it's OK to advertise things that they do NOT have in stock.

I bought a recliner the end of in January 2021 and by the end of April the

stitching was coming apart. I called Target and they told me

"there's nothing we can do" to which I said, "You could if you

wanted to, it's not that you can't, it's that you won't."

I escalated to a supervisor who was equally stubborn. A chair

costing that much should last longer than 3 months, especially

when Target advertises, "Expect more, pay less." If they can't

make good on this then they should not advertise as such. I

was fooled by their advertising.

Purchased a $100 Apple Gift Card, packaging had not been altered in any way, stripe was still in place. When stripe was removed, my daughter tried to redeem it and it said "Not Activated" . Took card and receipt back to store and was told "Sorry, we cannot help you". was also told that this was not the first Apple gift card with this same issue.

I contacted Target Guest services with the same result. As a last resort, I contacted the Master card company I used to purchase the giftcard (RedCard) and was told I could not dispute the charge. Finally I contacted Apple and was told that the card had been fraudulently used. This Target store has a fraud problem and should take it a little more seriously in my opinion.

Shipt app: Target at 4255 Hampton Ave, St Louis MO 63109. When you order groceries through Shipt delivery service, Target and the Shipt Shopper are listening in/Live through your cell phone (when the shopper starts texting you). From the moment the Shipt person starts shopping, Target and the Shopper are listening in to your home, for at least two hours. DO NOT USE the Shipt app; use Shipt.com instead.

When the stupid Shipt Shopper arrives at your house, they purposely make numerous "Hints" about what they just heard inside your home. Isn't that stupid?

I found a bargain price on a new Schwinn bike on target.com and placed an order. Payment was made by Paypal but I did not receive a confirmation of the order from the supplier, only confirmation of payment by Paypal to a Chinese company only identified by Chinese characters, no alphabetic name. After 5 days I asked Paypal to withhold payment but did not receive a response. After another 7 days I received a small package from BFE Corporation with tracking number containing a 50 cent whistle.

I sent a photo of the package and contents to Paypal as well as a certificate of return of the whistle to BFE and asked paypal for a refund. After 6 email exchanges, Paypal has not cooperated. I also contacted Target by phone and by email to two different departments. Target is not willing to help and continues to list third party ads on target.com that are clearly fraudulent. Target is complicit in this scam.

I advised Target on June 11, 2020 of the scam on target.com but as of June 22, 2020 they are still listing cheap Schwinn bike ads using a variety of names including Eho Lin, Street Wear, Best Bike, Degatus, Barthin, Bestboro, Crossnary, Spaceit, Better-of, Beineshop, blackdoo, ojcommerce, ceneza, goodee, threduo, Fullbeauty, Stadium Allstar, Buya.com, Favourhut, Sasneaklab, favourhut, Boours, Breakaway. The names on the ads change daily but it is clear to me that it is the same company.

The heading above the listings states “Sponsored Ads”. That implies to me that Target still supports the ads even though I advised them on June 11, 2020 that the ads were coming from a criminal enterprise.

They canceled 2 "gift card with purchase" items & hours of calls they still can't get the cards on my account. I have repeatedly called them to fix the issue and they still have yet to put the money on my account. They are telling me that they are getting bounce backs on my email but they keep telling me that they cannot change my email address.

Their latest "solution" is that they can put the money they owe me on my account, and both times, having waited for a combination of calls spending hours on the phone, the money has still not happened.

Don't buy their gift card with purchase items, they seem to selectively choose who they don't want to have them, that is all I can assume since this seems to be happening to me.

Target guest services changes the price of items when returned, steals customers taxes and return values of items returned when purchased with a manufacturer coupon. And retaliates against by labeling me as a trespasser, calls the police on me claiming I'm not welcome in their stores all of Orange County CA.

Don't I have whistle blower protection rights? I get treated like crap whenever I enter a target store. Because I caught them stealing money from customers and called them out on in. I need help to stop this from continuing.

This is a followup to my report from last year which I can no longer access due to switching providers and forgot password. I used to shop almost daily at the above store, but because of several issues, my business is now done at my local supermarket again. Target doesn't care either, their attitude is more like a drug dealer who cares less of the customer, because there will always be someone else to replace you. Mailing in copies of reciepts that at the time averaged $400 a week meant nothing to them, as they recieved the letter, but never replied.

As a refresher, December 2018 had ordered two of the latest Nintendo 2DXL to pick up at the store. Got to the store to be told they didn't see anything, and checking email from outside the store, discovered why. (Phones and internet devices do not work unless you use their limited service which is always down, This is not because of interfearance with the refridgerators or freezors, this is because at the front of the store if you peek into the managers office when the door is open, you will see a cell phone amplifer box.

This box blocks signals, not amplify them, which is why they use special radios in the store instead of phones.) Outside the store, I was able to see my order was canceled due to the location I was at being out of stock. Or so the email stated.

Looking on the second floor electronic section, their case had 20 units in them. Same bar code, same system with Mario Race Cart. Showed the canceled order to the manager who left it at I can buy the units at their price, as they were unwilling to honor their own advertised price which was $40 more per unit.

Their motto of Expect More, Pay less should really be Expect MUCH less, while you pay even MORE! I'm sure many have seen how a lot of retail goods like cerial, canned goods, are getting smaller while the prices are getting higher? You may also noticed this is taking place mostly at your Target store, and that your regular grocery store has the same exact items at not only their normal size, but actually MUCH CHEAPER than Target.

This is why they block signals from within the store. If you cant price check, they hope you will just buy what they have and not be able to show them cheaper prices for them to price match. Can't show them, they don't have to do a thing. I even put it to the test today and told one of the managers to come with me to the door where there is actually reception, and they refused using the excuse I cant bring the cart to the exit unless I pay first. Told them lets leave the cart here by the cashier and have a look. They walked off.

Every single freezer item in the store was higher price, and much smaller in size. 44oz of Baked Ziti from my supermarket is $12.80, yet the store actually has a tag saying their price is lower at $9.99. What they are not telling anyone is that the same type same brand is actually 24ounces, not 48. Im actually bringing these back tomorrow.

Im not sure why they do the smaller item bit, other than to make the customer think their saving a lot when in fact they are paying a LOT more! You can say maybe its to store more items for a bigger selection. Would be true if the whole freezor section wasnt more than half empty all the time. It was actually this reason alone, that had me at my local supermarket to discover how much Target had been ripping me off to begin with.

Earlier this year I was cutting through their store to reach another store within the mall and noticed something new. They had two shopping carts filled with items, showing the customer got more from them, than the local supermarket doller for dollar. Had they switched the price tags, showing the supermarket being cheaper with more items, it would have actually been accurate. Someone high up must have gotten burned for that stupidity, because it wasn't repeated when I was there today.

Lets jump back to last year, forgot to mention this. One of the biggest scams this store pulls, is leaving their sale signs up long after sale is over, or just doesn't have the item at correct price, and know what they try saying when you bring 10 items that are listed on sale and ring up at regular price? They tell you another customer must have thrown it there accidentally.

This happened when I was buying 10 pairs each of shirts and pants for both my children. The few times I been to this store, I already know whats going to happen which is rarely why I shop there unless I really have to. I go armed with my cell phone, and take pictures of the sale signs, and the shelf stickers with the bar codes.

When the above clothing items were getting rung up, they were supposed to be $5 for each pants, and each shirt. Instead they were coming up $12.99 each. Sure enough, the manager pulled the customer threw the wrong item in the wrong location routine.

Customer behind me had some of the same clothing items and was getting pissed hearing what this guy was saying to me figuring she would have to wait for someone to do a price check, which the store doesnt honor despite the advertised price as I loaded up the pictures stored on the SD card, and put it in front of the managers face.

Said hmmmm, bar code of the shirts and pants seem to match the signs, so I guess your store screwed up, not the customer? The result was the manager telling both me and customer behind me that we can buy only two of the clothing items at the sale price, nothing more unless we paid what the register showed.

Cartwheel and their new system is even a bigger joke, because a lot of items they advertise in the store through their limited internet service for their items, the ones that say buy 3 or more or buy $30 or more and get a $5 or $10 gift card?

They almost never work. Notice as you scan the items in the store, how when you get to the registers, the list just happens to reset. I make it a point, especially when I am supposed to get $20+ in gift cards, to make them wait till I scan the items in again, or get tired and give the amount off right then and there.

If your one of the lucky ones to actually not have an issue and actually get a gift card, MAKE THE CASHIER VERIFY THE CARD VALUE THEN AND THERE!!!! This is because ever single time I and people I know buy the required items for the gift cards that are $10, not the $5, but the $10 ones, the cashier will tell you its there, but come back another time and those supposedly $10 cards are actually $5.00, or $0.

Im including photos of the ziti, for comparison. If you have not already checked, start checking to make sure you really are paying less. Most likely your paying more and getting less.

Horrific Experience at Target (on Warner and ValVista) manager Mandy tells a blind woman that "Target legally doesn’t have to provide her accommodation (reading out loud what things ring up on the cash register verbally identifying themselves and more). She further stated that: that the ADA laws do not apply to Target cuz they are a" private company.”Mandy, the managed also stated she did not have to train the employees on the proper protocol for assisting Blind patrons. Not shopping at that Target ever again!!!! If you have any type of disability you won’t get help from that Target.

I order a hover Kart for my 10 year old daughter’s hover board! I haven’t received my order yet so I decided to reach out! I screen shot the Order page and web address to be able to go back to it! I entered my info and it said the email address was not found! I noticed that it also sent me to another website as well which was odd! I didn’t see a phone number but I saw a physical address on the site! I google the address and there is when I would out the company is a fraud! They had did this to another person as well! I will file a police report and contact my Card institute.

This is the sixth and final time I shop at Target. The first four times I was scammed was when I bought from their deli dept. I QUIT buying from them altogether. Next was their movie dept. same problem .The scam is the same every time they post a sale price in the store and dispute it at the cash register cashiers will not call for a price check but are more than happy to give you a condecending stare. If their goal was drive me to Wallmart they succeeded.

I needed to return a sewing machine ordered on line from Target. After 3 weeks of being on hold, transferred and told I would be called back (which never happened ) The last person I talked with said it would be easiest if I returned it to the store. Queen Creek, Az. was my closest one, and 20 minutes away. The big problem is there was no receipt available on the website for me take with me ( I don't know why they couldn't figure out how to do it on the phone ). So, the agent emailed me one. It looked like something someone did on their Apple II in their bedroom. No header with Target name, no order # and little info.

Once to the store, they couldn't figure out how to do it either. I was there for over an hour. I could show the order confirmation, order #, and some info. They should have been able to pull up through my c.c. but that didn't happen either. Talked with Asst. mgr., Jenn, who tried but her hands were tied by policies and wouldn't make a management decision to just give me a refund and figure it out themselves. I was there over an hour with no resolution and a rep had been on the phone with the On Line dept for most of that hour. Jenn finally called the store manager about just giving me a refund and they agreed to give me a Target gift card. At that point was had decided I was done doing business with Target and did not want a gift card. What difference does it make ? Cash or gift card ? The amount is the same. They finally agreed to credit my card back with the total BUT IT WOULD TAKE 2-3 WEEKS. WHY ?

This is why Amazon and Walmart and Costco are kicking everyones a*s. Target says they are pulling out all the stops to compete but it ain't happening with this kind of service. Those places would have just given you a refund and said thanks for your business. And I would have been back there soon. Glad I don't own any Target stock.

I bought Zero Water Filters through Target Website and they delivery to me every 3 months or 6 months depend on their supply. However I noticed that since the Zero Water Filter changed the shape of the filter, the filter was no longer produced "Zero Water" but defective and filthy water so quick so fast not even a few gallons later. This product is so outrage expensive and this is a plain ripoff to consumers.

They advertise that at least last for 2 month. Some filters don't even last for the first cup of water. The first batch already not Zero Water but malfunction and smelly and over 50 or 100 already at the first minute. All of these devices are not function as Zero Water but Filthy and poisonous water. That's a fact.

I have contacted Target company and the Zero Water Company to complaint and asked them to send me the new filters but they never complied or refunded or exchanged.

Nobody seem to care or be bothered to take care of the consumers complaint. I have lost several hundreds through Target and told them either send me the "real and new zero wather filters" or just refund me all the money that I had paid for these defective items. They never responded either.

Neither Target or Zero Water Company take any corrections or give out any solutions for their ripoff scam, hoax devices.

I now need to alarm others not to fall into this scam and very expensive defective zero water filters. It seemly doesn't work as it claims to be. So bis, take your money and businsess somewhere else.

I want all my money back. Period.

This Starbucks charged us $22.65 for 1 "Venti Pike Place Roast" which shows up as a (TARGET Charge) on the bank statement. This place is a hardcore SCAM OPERATION done under the illusion of TARGET!! I just called my bank to dispute the charge... Someone should investigate this location and Starbucks stores in general, especially the ones in the vicinity of bigger stores!!!! I wonder how many people got EXPONENTIALLY over charged and never found out!!!

As a Target Card Consumer, I had worked with a customer care agent to enroll in bill pay during a very busying and challenging time in my life. My wife was dealing with a difficult pregnancy, I was helping to care for our three other children while managing a full time job. Knowing that trying to juggle all of these different hats, I needed to manage making my payments to my debt obligations without falling behind or letting a payment slip through the cracks. For that reason I had called Target Card customer care to enroll in automatic bill pay.

Despite requesting the enrollment in automatic bill pay, My account was flagged as 30 days late on my credit report. I was forced to call in and get my account up to speed. The benefits of bill pay failed to serve as the safety net I had intended it to be.

After successfully delivering our fourth child, my wife and I are looking to expand up on our home to accommodate our larger family, however my credit report is reflecting a late payment which in turn is severely impacting my FICO score and ability to secure a loan to help finance the construction costs of expanding our home. This late payment does not accurately reflect my ability pay my debt obligations and severely impacting me and my families lives as we are not struggling to overcome credit score challenges that were brought on by a failure at Target's Credit Card Customer Care department.

My son purchased an Apple Watch series 2 for $400 cash for his girlfriend. His girlfriend threw the receipt out with the bag. About a week and a half later decided she had no use for it. They went to try and return it. Target was able to look the receipt up in their system. They refuse to return it with the look up. Their policy states that if they can look it up you get back how you paid. They refuse to give a store credit because its so expensive and they refuse to exchange it. I called their corporate customer service and they said it falls in policy. They gave me a reference number and said go to the store and have their manager call. The manger said she is not gonna call because she is not taking it back. I called corporate then had to wait for them to call her. She told them she is not taking it back. They got on the phone with me and said there is nothing they can do. Beware not to make an expensive purchase at Target. Go to a store that honors their own return policy's. My son and his girlfriend should have been more responsible with their receipt, but when Target can print it out of their own system they should honor that.

My husband and I were on a trip up in Colorado from Arizona and had a return, I brought in the products and copy of receipt bexcuse the BofA card was a temporary and he didn't believe that we were card holders even with ID and the direct line to bank of America. He only gave us a gift card. He said come back to any target bc they were closing soon. We proceeded to run to 3 different targets. All of which said nothing could be done. This is terrible business. My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars here. Apparently they have more than enough business. We will not be shopping here again, not even one manager seemed to care only saying we could buy anything at target. Wasted gas, time and energy.

  • Dec 28, 2016

I ordered the Tobi Kids Train Bed - Red from Target on December 4th, 2016. This was to be a Christmas surprised for my child. Apparently my package got lost as it hadn't been delivered by 12/16 which it said it would be and the delivery system couldn't find my tracking number anymore. I called Target on 12/16. A customer service representative called EWS (the company delivering the item) and said it would arrive on 12/19 now. Apparently it got lost and they found it and was rush delivering it to me now. Once it arrived on the 19th, the package was ripped in several spots (which I have pictures of), one whole side was open, and multiple pieces were damaged beyond repair. I called Target on the 19th and spoke to a supervisor named Yaretci. She gave me a case number and said she would re-order the item for me, marked it as expedited and the replacement bed should arrive in 3 to 5 business days.

As a token for my inconvenience, she provided me a $50 e gift card (which is now a complete joke as this item was $550.00). I was tracking my new order online and it stated it was arriving by 12/27. I wasn't happy, but this still gave me time to set it up for my child before he came back from his Christmas vacation on the 28th.

Around 5 pm on the 27th it still hadn't shown up so I called the delivery service as it showed it had arrived in my city in the morning. The delivery service said since Target didn't specify a delivery day or said I would sign for the item (which I actually stayed home to get this delivery on the 27th so I would have been happy to sign for it), they were holding onto it till January 2nd. JANUARY 2ND! I asked since it was already in my city, could I just come pick it up - they replied no. I asked if they were seriously going to just hold it in the warehouse for a week "just because" when it was about 30 minutes away from me? The lady then said she could get it delivered on the 29th. The lady at the delivery service specifically stated it wasn't coming earlier because of how Target set up the delivery. I then called Target. Well the guy who I got on the call was just rude. He kept quoting me they can't indicate how the delivery is done and they did nothing wrong. He continued to say he was sorry but nothing they could do. He then said we can't ever say something will take 5 business days to get there. All he kept doing is offering up the PC excuses as to why Target was not at fault for any of this. I interrupted and said BUT it has been a month! A MONTH! AND Yartci from Target DID say it would be 3 to 5 business days as she was expediting the shipment as she knew my situation and I was extremely pressed for time. AND she never asked if I could stay home to sign for it which would make it faster - which I would have been glad to do and actually did stay home for it. Target is pointing the finger at their delivery carrier and the delivery carrier is pointing the finger at Target.

SOMEONE has to take ownership of this as I am the one who is being penalized - actually it's my child who is loosing out on this wonderful Christmas memory that has now been taken from him - and it is Target as that is who I purchased this item from. I will now have waited a MONTH to get this item that was supposed to be here well before Christmas. This is Target's responsibility. They are the ones who contract their delivery services and they need to take responsibility for this. I obviously should not have trusted Target when they said they would make this right as they didn't. I should have purchased the item from Walmart when this fiasco started as I could have gotten it 12/26 by picking it up in the store (apparently they CAN guarantee delivery) but I stupidity trusted Target.

We ordered our Child a size 12 civil war solider costume on target.com. They sent us a size 10 in the mail.

We notified them VIA chat. They initially asked us to return the costume by mail before sending us a new one. We said it would not get to us in time so they sent it to us. We specifically stated that they sent us the wrong size. They said they would send us a size 12.

We received the 2nd costume and it was a size 10...again.

This time I called to handle the situation. They told me they were out of size 12 costumes. I had to order the costume from another company and pay for expidited shipping. Although Target gave us a small gift card it was not adequate considering the time sepnt on the phone, the shipping charges I had to pay and that I bought it on sale and now had to pay full price.

Purchased a product that offered a free $5.00 gift card , the total balance minus the $5.00 was correctly bill to my credit card. plus there was an additional $5.00 unauthorised charge from target on my credit card. Target tryed to explain it away, so I took it to Discover the card company.

Basically target did give the $5.00 instant gift card off my purchase but also charged me $5.00 for the gift card...

How mant other customers realized Target is doing this to them, how many millions of dollars can Target make from a scam like this.... Busted Target for doing bad business...

I purchased a air mattress that says it deflates and inflates with the pump. It's not true. It only inflates. They claim to deflates with the pump. They mislead customers using the frase "deflation system build in the pump" They would not take it back, and they said it was my fault if I decided to buy. They said they did not offer or asked me to buy. But when they put that product on Targets shelves, they are offering me that product. Thank God I have the protection of my credit card against those kinds of fraud!! They did not inform me at the cashier that it was a final sale, which they should made it clear before I purchased so I could have decided if I wanted or not continue with the purchase. They also did not treat me the correct way and target doesn't care about a customer when they mislead you like that.

Easily the worst Target in the Triad (and that says a lot, because there aren't any good ones). Their return policy is a sham. Their Mall Cop might as well be a Black Panther (if he isn't already). NEVER buy anything that costs more than $30. God forbid you try to return or exchange it and you might as well have your mugshot taken and bend over and cough. Customer service's job is to find ANY excuse to NOT pay out or discount. And that promise on the back of the receipt isnt worth the paper it's pre-printed on. There is a hidden list of brands that are non-returnable (depending on your skin color). I was denied a non-receipted exchange because of the hidden brand/over certain value/3 other excuses restriction. Asked a black friend of mine to attempt the same exchange 2 days later and it took under 2 minutes.

Having been a member of Target's Pharmacy Rewards since it's inception, I was particularly both amused and offended when the program ended and the 'complimentary' 5% off discount card was sent to me.

As I use Target Pharmacy exclusively for prescriptions, I have always received these 5% off certificates in the mail monthly. And, without exception, they arrive already expired.

Kind of crazy. Last week I got this final 5% off certificate from Target that expired on 1/1/2016. Interestingly, I got TWO of them. And, they were expired before they were even sent.

I asked my local Taregt Pharmacy why this happens and they basically said this was normal. ?? Wierd, eh?

So, I am not really ranting, but wondering just who else has fallen victim to this Taregt Scam and not bothered to report it?

On Friday (1/22/16) I was walking my son to the bathroom so he could use the facilities, and this young woman followed us to the bathroom, and as I left the stall she was just standing there watching me wash my hands and waiting for my son to exit the other stall, and she noticed that I was struggling to get a paper towel to work, and then she helped me with it, then smiled in my face and left. Another employee followed us around the store. I am very upset over this, I have no reason to take items from any store, as I am an honest shopper. I am sick of this world thinking that ALL black people steal. It is a sickness that needs to be cured and I hope this store preys upon the wrong person and gets sued. I will NEVER give Target another dime as I will NEVER step foot in any Target store again. I will do whatever it takes to correct this store's illegal practices.

On or around the December 9th 2015 a fraudulent charge was made on my credit card at the store Number: 00018499, located at,

Atlantic Terminal Mall

On or around the December 9th 2015 a fraudulent charge was made to my credit card at the store Number: 00018499, located at,

Address: 139 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11217

Phone:(718) 290-1109

I called the store and spoke to someone named, Narkin Rosario, gave him the details and he said he could not find anything.

How could Target charge my credit card and still have no record of the transaction when the money was sent to their Profit and Loss account after it was deposited into their bank account and profit margin.

Target should not be profiting from fraud and fraudulent transactions.

My credit card company has said they will not reimburse the money if Target can't find the transaction.

I filed a complaint with Target and they said they will not do anything about the fraud and all but said they will keep my money and even though the fraud has been reported to them.

This is not acceptable, Target is profiting from fraudulent transactions.

That is wrong, target is encouraging fraud in order to boost their profits, because even when the fraud is brought to their attention they do nothing about it.

This is just absolutely wrong and shameful.

When you walk into a Target store for presents and wrapping paper to enjoy on Christmas Day, have you ever wondered how those items made it to the shelf? A truck driver brought there. At all hours of the day through weather and traffic and packed parking lots, a truck driver safely delivered a 53' foot trailer in the wee hours of the night so that you can rush the doors for that door buster TV. Now that you have made your purchase and your ready for a morning around the tree with your family and all the stores that you shopped at are closed Christmas Day, know that during the time your unwrapping gifts a truck driver will leaving his family Christmas Day to take more product to the stores this year. This has never been done before and this year Target while closed and home with there families are having the trucking companies that run for them deliver freight to closed stores. Christmas or Happy Holidays however you have to say it where you work has lost all meaning of time with family and now focus on how much more can we cram and sell 365 days a year. And that is how you get your products on the holiday. This year will really hit home as we will be leaving are families to a closed target stores on Christmas Day. Support the stores that close and let all aspects of the operation have time with their families. Just because the store is closed and those workers are at home with their families doesn't mean they are ruining someone else's Christmas like the truck drivers that bring the product to the store. With out the truck drivers there would be know TV on the shelf for $100. Is that really worth taking someone away from the small time they get to spend with their family ???
