I am clothing wholesaler in los angles downtown, start july, genuine company is hired a buyer in los angeles name uyi, come to my shop want buy clothing, they were asking for net 30 or COD check, i was refuse that, so they have to pay by credit card, they were purchase 10 thousand clothing for first order, and then they spend couple thousand every weeks in my store, every week they spend couple thousand, from last week, they start dispute all transaction from my store, they didnot even call me say anything, so i call them, they said cause items is replica and damage, i was selling this item to everbody in usa, nobody say that, if is problem i am happy to get back and coutinue to do business, i was telling them to return all my merchadise. they said yes i will return, thats it, they hung up and never pick up any more, they sold my items, they just make up story try to get money back, right now i am still fighting for that much(100k) money they dispute,

Adam he owes a lot of money. At first he pretends like he is very good buyer, gets credit after year or so.
He will use any kind of reasons to not pay for his merchandise.
