My caller from Take Two Nights, aka Coast to Coast Grand Vacations aka Mini Vacations was Renata, 877-718-1400 ext 1013 and booking dept 800-566-8281. Took the $99 credit card deposit, I specifically asked how long I had to cancel as I was going to check the Florida BBB and online for complaints and she said 30 days, and gave me the above ph#'s.

I searched the Internet and found hundreds of complaints! I literally called her back 5 minutes later and told her to cancel and NOT charge my credit card. She put me on hold a long time! Then came on and said Quality Control will call me back. They never did. Then I got a welcome email and then an email informing me that they charged my card an hour or two AFTER I told her not to!

I have called and called both numbers above, emailed them at [email protected] and at [email protected], called Mini Vacations customer service phone number 800-315-1036 and emailed [email protected] and the calls just get answering machines, messages go unanwered and emails as well. No resolution yet.

I looked online for anyone that may need it and this is their Seller of Travel Reg No ST36512 &
