Spam. Don't fell in love with tajawal low prices for hotel, flights and other services. Booked a hotel in dubai. Got a confirmation three time with different reference no. From tajawal. Every single time i have contacted the hotel directly to confirm my booking with ref. Number provided. Reference number were fake every time.
Tajawal keep on making excuses every time i have call them. Does not want to refund money back.
Once you paid for you booking either for hotel or flight, you will receive an email from tajawal with ref. Number and itinerary number. That's were the nightmare start. If you contact the hotel or airline directly, ref provided by tajawal will not work as they are fake).
I Have booked ticket with them from dubai to riyadh, my amount was deducted and ticket was not issued, i have called many times to their customer services and not recieved any reply from them.
Its horrible experience, don't reserve airtickets with this company. If I can give them by minus star will do that.
Reserved airtickets for my family from Cairo to Chicago. They are not able to do change to my tickets and ask me to call the airlines directly.The airlines was telling me that the tickets under Tajawal agency ... I call Tajawal to help me they kept saying we cannot help you call the airlines directly.
Do not ever use this company! Unprofessional. Really needed their help to change tickets due to a serious family emergency spoke to 4 "advisers" who all promised a call back knowing my situation......Nothing ! 24 hours later haven't travelled and $3k wasted using this joke of a company.......STAY AWAY from this lot

I had a terrible experience with tajawal, as my flight was cancelled and they even didn't notify me,
I am struggling with them for the past 2 months with no refund till now.
they promised for refund in 20 working days which didn't happen .
every time I call them they say that they will call back which didn't happen .
DONT BOOK WITH THEM .
