I am in australia. What i purchased from this company is significantly different to what was delivered. Then they blocked me. What i ordered was a solar powered hard sided 60 lt cooler with 12v and mains adapter, new generation motors etc. I paid $49.99 usd. What i received was a $5 soft sided collapsible cooler...Total rip off
I ordered a solar "No ice needed" cooler that was advertised as 60 lt, solar generated 12v with mains adapter cooler. The video showed a hard sided cooler with all accessories. Paid USD49.99 via PayPal. What arrived was a $5 soft sided collapsible cooler. When I sent a " please explain" email I was told your item was signed for and delivered. Lies. I did not get what was advertised. I did not sign for anything. I paid 10 times the cost for something NOT EVEN CLOSE, and then you blocked all communications. That in itself shows you knew you were thieving. But that's ok, I paid via PayPal so they are conducting their investigations and as my PayPal account is linked to Visa they are also investigating. And, this is the best, because it involve mail fraud, The Alabama Bureau of Investigations are also involved....idiots and thieves. I'm sure your parents are so proud of you...
They steal photos from actual companies, dont have the fashion, wait two months after you order and pay to tell you they dont have it in stock and dont pay a refund, if you do receive a package.
It is not what you ordered and they have a ridiculous expensive ten step process to send item back to CHina, then say it did not arrive and still dont send a refund. Huge Scam, they have disabled comments on Facebook and intagram for a reason.
