Dont waste your money if you reallywant this junk make sure when the give it to you you unwrap it and look to see that you have just been ripped off . Their prices are more than a bonifide sit down resturaunt ... Pathetic , just like prices on everything in this Country . Might as well live in Hawaii. When I asked them why their prices are ridiculous they blamed it on Covid . Yea right losers , good one . This is what they all have been trained to say . This country has priced itself right off of the face of this earth .....

I ordered food on line using Taco Bell's web site as I have done countless times before. This time I got to the store and they said that they had notreceived the order.

After checking my bank account I find that I was successfully charged $39.58 and yet the store says they didn't get the order. And of course, as always, typically their "customer support" phone number said that they are closed and just as typical, their wab site "contact form" does not work with any browser, the "state" drop-down does not work so novbody can file a contact me complaint.

Typical.

Better Business B. complaint follow shortly.

I have receipts! This company stole nealy $40 from me. Just so very typical of this type of business where they hire the minimum wage, low-intelligence employee while the owners give themselves million-dollar "bonuses" using our money, some of which, like me just now, they steal from.

Waited 35mins in the drive thru. We asked for a $5 box and were told its only for online order so I asked for the same contents of the box I was told I could not order them. I let that go. I didn't understand what the "Naked" in Naked chalupa meant so I carefully worded my sentence because I didn't want to sound like I was playing around and the person went silent. I nervously snickered at the awkwardness and said Hello? He then comes back to the mic and says rudely " are you being stupid or something" I paused for a second and said no I just would like to know what that means.

I finished my order pulled up to the window and my passenger was extremely upset. She asked me to ask for the manager so I did and let them speak. The man responds "I am the manager" she began to politely tell him he was wrong for calling us stupid for asking a question about the menu and he proceeds to exhale and fall to the counter while rolling his eyes. After he did that I felt the need to speak to him I reiterated her words and told him he was wrong for acting in the manor he was acting and I will have to contact a cooperate office about his behavior.

He says "i don't care call corporate I'm not giving you your food. Get the f*ck out of here" then waves his hand as if he was above me and dismissed me. so naturally I was furious and I lost my cool and had a shouting match with him during the exchange he cursed at me again I opened my door because I felt like he need me to be a little closer but my passenger restrained me. lucky him. He then starts changing his tune give me a BS story about how he thought we were making fun of his English and he didn't mean to talk to us rudely. This man should not be a manager at this establishment. long story over Go To A Different Taco Bell Period.

I don't know why me or my mother have so much trouble. What type of manager doesn't go to the bank and get change before they run out. But I believe its my neighbors slandering me and my mother, because they can see on camera who pulls up to the speaker. The taco bell employees could had been lying just to get us upset. When people been pushing you around all day for no reason and that one thing a person can do to push you over the edge.

But for them to tell the other customers in front of you they should be fired. For employees to cause all this commotion. Or it could be some body working from my neighborhood slandering me to get the other taco bell employees to harass us. Our first three visits were fine until yesterday 06/21/2021. This means the manager is bad if they can't go to the bank and get money for the day. I can't even go to places go to my house because of these neighbors who have slandered me and my mother.

These employees at these resturants are out right evil and sorry. They used to fire bad employees for causing customers trouble but not these days. That is why they are being evil. But customers don't have to tolerate being treated like garbage. It's them who is causing the trouble not us..

Customers have the right to tell employees off

Taco Bell has a "Refer A Friend" program where if you get referred to work there by a friend which already workes at the restaurant, and you stay working there for a number amount of days. Then you get a $75 bonus, along with your pay for those 2 weeks. I got referred to work there, then a couple months later i referred a friend to start working at Taco Bell. so my bonus should be $150. I reminded the General Manager of the hurricane tacobell that she needed to give me that bonus.

later on in september 2017 i quit for both personal reasons, and because i've gotten tired of listening to the general manager complain about how tired she is and how she thinks everybody supports her in leaving work 4-5 hours early then what she scheduled herself to work (not the only reasons why i quit) after a few weeks i went back to ask when that bonus should be coming in, and she would tell me that her boss is too busy and just give her a few days to contact him. Then after 2 months of that same routine, i filed a complaint online to human resorces about the situation. and that finaly got the general manager's boss to tell her to get that paper work done.

It took an other 1 and a half weeks to do that, what could have taken 30 minutes. 1 month later i still havent gotten the bonus i earned, so i went in to see what the deal was. and the general manager tells me that the request for the bonus has been denied. and she could'nt even pick up the phone to tell me that, i had to go in there to figure that out myself. If anyone is looking for work, i would'nt consider the hurrican tacobell as long as kristy is the general manager. kristy might sugar coat everything with a boe on top and say that everybody works so well with everyone, but in reality she only workes for herself, or has very, very little work ethic.

Went to the Lockport, IL location about 645pm on Sunday December 10th. Went to the drive thru, unfortunately paid cash. Was given the entirely incorrect order. Went inside to be passed off to five different employees. Not one apology but an attitude when I finally got fed up and asked if they can read. Then the woman working wants to take the incorrect food, my receipt and threaten to call the cops. On what your incompetence? If i was not on a deadline to get my homework submitted i would have stayed until the cops came but instead left. Is this a game to keep people's money? I'm the customer and deserve to be treated as such especially when give an entirely incorrect order.

This location is insane, pretty much any time 11:00 am it is busy and you can spend up to an hour waiting in the drive through line. even after placing your order the wait can still be as long as 40 minutes.

First of all, I invite you to NOT take my word for what I am about to describe about my experience with Taco Bell Dallas on W. Northwest Highway. At the bottom of this report, I will post a couple of links for anyone to research so that the fact that I am not the only one experiencing these issues with this Taco Bell location will become immediately apparent.

Taco Bell W. Northwest Highway: My Past Experience

I should point out at this point that over the last few months, I've visited this particular Taco Bell location (2245 W. Northwesy Highway, Dallas, Texas 75220). Every time I go through the drive-thru - without one single solitary exception - they ALWAYS get the order wrong. (As you will see from the Yelp link below, others have had the exact same experience).

Here are some other "issues" I've experienced at this Dallas Taco Bell:

Employees act like they don't want to be there, and they REALLY don't want YOU to be there!

Bathroom is just NASTY!

Food is decent (at least most of the time)

There is nothing "fast" about this "fast food" restaurant.

The entire concept of being a fast food restaurant is completely lost on the entire management and crew at Taco Bell W Northwest Highway!

If you complain about ANY issue, the employees and EVEN THE MANAGEMENT look at you like there's something wrong with YOU.

I've worked at fast food restaurants, Folks. All of these issues are entirely unnecessary!

My Latest Experience In A Long Line Of Bad Experiences At Taco Bell Dallas

Reently, in spite of the fact that I have already had several bad experiences at this Taco Bell location, I tried to give them yet another chance. It was just after 2:00 PM, and they weren't very busy at all. My order was only $11 and some change. I placed my order in the drive-thru, and it took me quite a bit of time to get to the drive-thru window. I paid, and took my order back to my hotel.

After arriving back at my hotel and getting settled, I noted as I was taking my order out of the bag that my order was incorrect. After looking at my receipt and looking at what I had, I found that not only did I have items missing, but I had been charged for things I never even ordered! (If you think this is bad, read on... it gets worse... MUCH WORSE!)

After all of the previous bad experiences I've had with this Taco Bell location, I'd had it. I packed up the order, grabbed my receipt, and returned to the store. The girl who took my order (I believe she was the manager on duty) approached me. I pointed out all of the things wrong with my order, and asked her to fix it.

There was no apology. There wasn't even a look of regret on her face. As usual, I was treated as if I were the problem for daring to bother them with this. She took my receipt and my order and disappeared back into the kitchen area, assumedly to fix my order. After several minutes, one of the other employees came up to the counter and asked, "Sir, what was it you were missing again?"
