I have read several reviews as well as talked to the attorney generals office about this company and there response was not good. The office of attorney general told me to run while i still have a chancec as otheres are getting there homes forclosed upon from this shady business. They call themselves t and m funding and they run there shady business out of a home. They are lucky they dont get squashed like the shady people they are. I had purchased a pbo and heard nothing, seen nothing, Just spent money and didnt recieve anything. Jacob answers the phone like he has peanut butter in his mouth while rich is sitting at a computer NOT responding to emails, Please stay far away from this company as we need to make our voices heard. shady people like these need to be shut down.
My broker set me up with this place. so i had to pay $500 upfront for closing costs $ 250 for an appraisal plus $25 to wire it. So they sent the appraiser, after that they disapeared. it took me 6 weeks to find them and when i did all i got was a text " we can't do anything for you" Be careful its just a front to collect $250 bucks.
I did my research and they even posted thier own google reviews. all in all i would never trust them. don't take my word for it, go ahead, let them take advantage of your mis fortune. Jack Michaud is a con man
This joker works for tmfunding. the company in general post fake reviews in google review and they are in the business of collecting appraisal fees then disapearing. this place stole $250.00 appraisal fee when i was trying to get funding. be careful.
this guy is a smooth talker and makes promises he has no intentions of keeping. he has 3 criminal convictions of theft and all this can be verifid on mylife.com. Send this man or the fake company he works for at your own risk
This loan is in my mother who is 92 years old they me charles w Harrell a 1,000 dollars a mount on a 12% per sent interest only and the principal of 100,000 i need help from some one fast please help me thank you
