I ordered the pockets to go between my front car seats and the console. I did not receive what was pictured. I contacted them and sent photos of what i received. Their reply was that i received what i ordered, although they said they understood that i thought i was ordering what was pictured (??). Well, duh! i tried to dispute it through my credit card, but they said the merchant has documentation to prove i ordered what i received. Of course they do - what is not in the equation is that it is not what was pictured. Nothing i can do, so i'm chalking it up to lesson learned. However, i do want to caution to others not to fall for the same bait and switch. Didn't realize it at the time, but the item was shipped from china.
I ordered and paid for a wood burning kit and within the hour I changed my mind. I says on the website that if you cancel before it ships you can get your refund of which I contacted them immediately. It took me several days to receive a response. Still nothing refunded and may have received it in the mail. It will not be going back due to shipping costs to high to justify. This is the second time I have been scammed from businesses that do not tell you they are from China until you have paid and confirmed the payment. I am sooooooo stupid to think that it was going to not go this way. I am done with independent companies......
i wish i would have read these reviews before ordering. Ordered something or my son Nov 1st. for Christmas. It said 7-12 working days. it has now been 16 working days and it still says Korea. Would never order from them again.
bought back braces and they arrived but not the ones that were pictured and are so small they would not even fit a child. Keep trying to send back for a refund and they say have to sent to china. I'm sending to the return address on the package in CA. Will see what happens. Would not recommend this company.
I order universal car door shadow light all I get was PayPal payment confirmation never received anything from them after that don't buy from them they just get your money and run
Ordered wig shown on Facebook, Philly Wigs 10.1.2018. Received wig on 10.27.2018. The blonde wig did have any style. It was horrible. They included a black wig that I did not order. I would not wear either wig on Halloween. No contact info that was good. PayPal was no help. On hold for over an hour and was transferred several times. Did not speak with anyone.
I believe it originated in China because the tags on the wig are in Chinese. Avoid doing business with this company. I filed a report with Visa and this company still refuses to Refund. I would have sent it back but the gentleman said it wasn't necessary. I'm a blonde.
Sent me black color and told me to give to a friend and I would be refunded. I notified Visa Of the problem. They started an investigation but, This sz technology company sent them all the transporting information and date I received the product.
But they failed to mention that I ordered a blonde wig and was sent a black wig with grey streaks. This is the critical part. I can't wear it. So I lost $32.39.
