Ordered dried flower pods july 21st,2016.After several weeks had not received order.Emailed sweet paula at least a dozen times with no response.Finally received a generic email 10 days agoTo customers)claiming she was receiving a big,big,big shipmentNo kidding she used the word big three times,and i thought at the time how odd it was,as if she wasn't all there),and claimed she would send my shipment soon.So far nothing,28 days since i ordered. And found many,many complaints against 'sweet paula going back at least to 2012In oklahoma)evidently her outfit was run out of oklahoma,and they are now running their scam out of various addresses po boxes,and websites in south lake tahoe,ca.

It astounds me that nothing has been done about these con artists after all these years of criminal activity.I've contacted the south lake tahoe city council,the better business bureau of northern california,and the new mexico and californa attorney generals offices and filed reports,and would urge all other victims to do the same.

I placed an order totalling almost $200 on november 14, 2016. After never recieving a confirmation email or tracking number, i emailed paula on the 16th. She sent me a tracking number on the 17th, but then i watched on the tracking page a couple of days later as "my order" was delivered in denver, colorado. This is a problem, as i live in oklahoma. I emailed paula again on the 19th, letting her know that the package had been delivered in the wrong state and suggested that maybe, in an oversight, she had sent me someone else's tracking number.

The next day, paula emailed me back saying she didn't know what had happened, she was out of town until the next week and suggested it was an error on the part of usps. She assured me that when she returned home, she would look into the matter at the post office and remedy the situation. A couple of days after that, she emailed me saying that she had returned home and was currently looking into the matter with the postal service and assured me that, at the very least, she would put another order into the mail to me the next day if she couldn't get any answers from them.

And i have never heard from her again.

No package, no email replies, nothing. I have emailed her every day for the last 9 days, asking her politely to either send my order or refund my money. The last email, i told her to just forget the order and refund my money. I even told her that if i didn't get a reponse from her that i would file this report Along with filing scam reports on every consumer scam website i can find), report her to the bbb and initiate a charge-back with my credit card company. Nothing, not one peep.

This is what i think she did:

Processed my payment immediately. Then, when i asked for a tracking number, she sent me the tracking number for an order she actually did send out to someone else. This tracking number she sent me also said the order was sent priority shipping, when i had paid the $30 for express shipping. So, wrong address or misdelivery on the order itself, plus she used the wrong And cheaper, incidentally) shipping method?

This idea that usps delivered my order to the wrong state is just ridiculous and i'm not buying it. And even if it were true, she has had ample time now to either re-ship my order or refund my money. There is no valid excuse for this.

Don't give this woman your money. She is a thief and a liar. In fact, when i look back thru the emails she has sent me, not a single one of them is the truth! she lied from the tracking number right on down to where she said she would fix it all and re-ship my order. When she ran out of lies to tell me, she just transitioned over to running on radio silence. My goodness, just look at this collection of outscam she has accumulated with her fraudulent and shady business practices!

Placed online order August 16 evening. Paid for express shipping as the site promises to ship same or next day so with express I'd very likey receive by Friday, Aug 19. After payment I recieved an immediate email receipt & order#. I should've gotten a tracking number by August 17 but received nothing. I used the website's contact form 8-17,18,19 to no avail. I got an email that night stating "sorry for the delay but my shipment was delayed. Should receive it next few days". I immediately replied with a very nice "cancel my order & refund my money now.". Radio silence. August 30 I got an email that the money was refunded but it wasn't. I immediately contacted my cc co to report a fraud so they could get my money back but they wouldn't start the process until 15 days had passed since date of order even tho I'd been promised express and that day etc...

.Sept 6 I get an email that my order shipped!!! What??? I replied immediately asking why they'd send an order they refunded? Then I contacted my cc co and sure enough no refund requested or pending or nothin. So, Paula replies with quickest response since this whole thing started, I'm talking maybe couple minutes. "A mistake, I did refund your account blah blah blah". Liar liar liar. I can return the box. I will return the box if she sends a call tag. I'm not paying to return it that's for sure. If she had an ounce of the meaning of the phrase "good customer service" she'd have refunded the money and then after her mistake of shipping the box anyway, told me to keep it with her compliments as a mia culpa. If I'm home when the mail arrives I'll try and refuse the box, Return to Sender. I don't know if that'll work but we'll see. I tried to use my us postal service acct to reroute the package but there's a charge for that & it's not on me to pay more money out to this business. If you can call it that! UGH!

I placed an order on Monday 8-15-16 and paid for the express shipping and I haven't received my purchase or even a tracking number and it's now Friday 8-19-16. She hasn't responded to any emails I've sent. This is so strange because I've done business with this company for the last six years. This is the last time I do business with them.

I made an order from this company on Wensday night. They processed my payment the same night. On the sight it states that orders go out every day before 11am. So it should of mailed out on Thrusday. They reprot that it takes 2-5 days to recive the item. One week later I have still not recieved the Item. I have sent 3 emails and and tired multiple ways of contacting the company (by using all of thier email addresses they have posted) and I have not recived a single reply, even after stating if they did not make contact I would be disputing the charges. I called my bank today after checking yet again and making shure it did not come late in the mail. I would of been fine with a late item if they had let me know what was going on or if they had made a mistake. Either this is a fake sight, or they simply do not care. Either way, my money and bussiness is going someplace else.

On feb4,2016 i place a order and my card was debited 134.99. The following mon. I received the following email of a pathetic story i do not care about. I sent an email ageeing to the lower quality product.

Over the next two weeks i sent 8 emails with absolutly no responce.

The web site still said in stock shipping daily the whole time .

I orderd about two week prior to that and every thing went fine. If you order from her you will get riped off

SweetPaulasPods...I placed an order on May 6h, the web site stated due to high demand the orders which are usually shipped out the next day would be delayed a couple of days. I received a form email on May 7th stating my order would be shipped out May 10th or 11th at the latest. I did not receive tracking on those dates and sent 3 emails requesting the status of the order. I received a notice on Monday, May 14th stating that a pre shipping label had been created. It is now May 17th and there has been no change to the preshipping status, which is 12 days after I placed the order.I don't know why, if you can make a label you can't ship the product? Also, why not update the customers? Why say a couple of days, when the reality is 12 days and counting? One reason is poor business communication, but I guess you can get away with it when you sell a product that generates so much need and pain.

Then i magically received an "update"'that really seemed more like a standard prepared response stating that: "that should have gone out, i'm just getting to my office and will get back with you in a bit." of course a bit never came until i emailed again. Then she claimed that she mailed it out the next day, but managed to "loss the tracking #" i paid the extra for express shipping...Another ripoff. The package should have arrived within 2-3 days top. Needless to say...It didn't. Why does this woman even bother trying to run a business?!? She clearly can't keep her commitments and shows total disregard for the customer. She makes promises but doesn't deliver. I feel confident that my cc company will refund the purchase. However, meanwhile the floral arrangements that my customer was counting on will not happen. It's hard to believe paula is still in business. Don't waste your time and most of all, if you do take a chance on her, don't purchase any way other than credit card, or you will be out of your money.
