March 22 (Order # 1016) was placed..confirmation was forward to me from [email protected]. I made an inquiry and was told I'd be notified when they are ready to ship...a subsequent email has not been responded..Today 4/6 I asked to cancel the order and reverse the charge of $89.00. I have no answer as of yet.

I ordered a skirt and a pair of pants from this company. Each item was purchased in a size Large. When I received the order in the mail the pants they sent were a size X Small. I sent an email, direct message via instagram, and also used the contact us page on the website. After not getting any response, I filed a complaint with the BBB. I asked for the item to be sent to me in the correct size that I actually ordered. The company had another complaint from a customer whom they sent a larger size after the size she ordered did not fit. I thought they would at least send me the correct size being that they made the mistake. I even said that I would accept a medium if large was not available.

Instead of sending the item I ordered, the money was refunded to my PayPal. The owner refunded the money knowing that I purchased during a sale and the item was back to regular price at this point. After sending another email asking for someone to contact me about my order, I received a snide response stating that the situation was corrected the day I notified BBB and ripoff.com(I had never heard of this site, thank you). The situation was not rectified that day and I had not filed a report here. You operate a business and choose wear blue hair with a midnight complexion perpetuating the "ghetto hoodrat" stereotype. We have to stop pleading with people to support minority business if this is the type of customer service you will provde.

I ordered an outfit I was planning on wearing to an important event. The next day I received an email telling me my item shipped. It's a week later and I still don't have my item. I checked the USPS tracking number provided in the confirmation email and the info from the USPS stated: The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on September 21, 2016 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available. This notice means that my item never officially shipped. USPS only received an email letting them know they should receive it. I received the following response from Swank Blue, which in part says: It was picked up by our courier many days ago. Because the tracking hasn't updated, we can only assume the package was lost somewhere in the post office before they scanned it in...And the item size I ordered is no longer in stock! This is a sorry excuse. Why wouldn't tracking be on a package when handed off to the courier? Why wouldn't there be a system in place for ensuring packages are shipped? Why all of a sudden is my package lost?

I ordered 3 items from 3 separate vendors after I ordered my item from Swank Blue and I received them all! What's not being said is my item was never shipped because Swank Blue ran out of my item and failed to update the item in time. Instead of taking responsibility they blamed it on the post man. Yes, they refunded my money. Yes, the response I got from the representative was professional. BUT, that doesn't deliver my item. It's not about the money. It's about getting my item. I've always wanted to get something from Swank Blue and the first time I did ended up in disappointment. They've lost a potential loyal customer due to their lack of systems. What happened to taking items to the post office or shipping Priority so you can have a receipt on your hand? Why leave the fate of your consumers' items in a courier's hand?? You know women are adamant about what they want to wear and being a self-proclaimed fashion empire, why not hold your customers up to a high degree of service by being personally responsible for shipping and accountability. This just makes no sense.
