However, the chat room never worked, customer service was slow and unprofessional, and I never received a reply from the experts I contacted.
When I raised these issues with the company, I received a message from a lawyer at the company asking me to never to contact them again.
Now am trying to get a refund; but PayPal hasn't delivered.
