Supple solutions, Church st Richmond Victoria Melbourne! We are an ex client of Supple solutions, and so so happy to be rid of them. Wow, this company prides them selves on deceiving and lying to its customers. They are happy to take everyone's money & have nothing to show for it. They make all these promises & 100% do not deliver. I would never ever ever recommend this company to anyone, unless you are happy for them to scam their way into your business & rip you off!

I believe this company needs to be seriously investigated by consumer affairs, the way they practise business is so morally wrong. It is obvious that there are a few unhappy clients of supple solutions, but of course they will lie & try to defend them selves. I warn everyone to be careful of Hardik & Kevin & the so called "wannabe" legal representation, Emma Gerber.

Beware and stay away from this dishonest web development and SEO company called Supple Solutions. They also trade under Search Options. They lock you in a contract which is very vague but promise alot verbally. They do not deliver on their promises and will bully and abuse customers with legal letters the relationship has to be terminated due to their own poor performance.

Their sales team is disconnected from their we design team. Their SEO team will promise you the world and deliver poorly. Their accounts department will still continue to collect your payments due to a contract that has been worded just to cover themselves. They explain the contract in jargon to confuse you and if you don't pay because you're not getting results, they'll abuse you with legal letters.

In a nutshell, they are dishonest, unprofessional, unethical and are destroying Australian businesses that rely on SEO to generate leads and income.

We signed a 6 month deal for SEO services, they got some results at 3rd month, around 5th month they wanted a 2 year contract and completely sold us on how fantastic a new website and commitment to long term SEO would be so we signed up for 2 years but by 3rd month into it and 9 months total we got next to nothing except the little activiity at the 3rd month. I realised unwillingly we'd been completely scammed, hoodwinked and conned.

What made me realise it was a con was their setup, behaviour and ongoing duck shoving. They promised us a brand new 3-6 thousand dollar website then used the excuse that SEO results were poor because we needed a new web site. By three months they only completed one page of the new web site. They made us do most of the work and were slow and unresponsive and dragged things out constantly. Other professional opinion has told me the site they were building from the one page they did would only take 2 to 5 weeks to complete and cost maximum $2000.

The super silver tongued salesman Hardy has never had the decency to speak to me not even once after the original con job sign up and to boot his email address on his business card did not work and he does not have his sir name on there.

It became patently clear they had no intention to work with us cordially and listen to and address our issues. We were expecting a rolls royce service and were so disappointed to find we only got a rolls royce scam.

I became fed up with their delaying tactics and things like arranging a phone meetup confirming by email an hour before when I am a busy small business manager who does not sit in front of his pc all day, then going ahead with the meet up with one of my staff who was not really authorised and cutting me the manager out, I had not forgotten the meetup and rang to confirm it but they'd already done it without me.

When we wrote to tell them straight up we wanted out we never heard back from them to sort it out but only got a bullying letter of demand. Then we went through a cagey period. Now they have filed in court and we have to defend. I lost total confidence and trust that they would ever genuinely comply with mediation so we waited it out and now will strongly defend our case. I discovered someone on whirlpool forum shared they got ripped off similarly to us in 2014 then searched a little more and found 3 serious but apparently genuine complaints on Rip Off Report, this now being the fourth on here. So there are five of us in total that I know of have been ripped off the same way, I wonder how many more??
