I have been getting calls from these suckers for more than a few years now. Every week or so, they call me with the same b.s trying to get me to put money into their timeshare or whatever.
I always end up telling them to never call me back, but somehow they always find a way to get my number and dial it !
It's now easy to be able to pickup on these people because each of them sound like outsiders who don't understand how humans really work.
One time I tried to get this guy to stop calling me, I called his number back after he hung up on me (after I basically asked him WHY ARE YOU CALLING?) ...so after he answers ...I demand he tell me how to get myself off the list, so he texts me saying I will get a call and I should enter 'the code'.
Like an idiot, I followed his directions and it turns out he HIJACKED my Google voice number!
I was so angry that I had to just come on here and let this out...these people are CROOKS and they really think it is ok to keep bugging people regardless of how busy they are in their own lives.
If anyone wants to sue or whatever, just let me know.
