Cody Ferrill TP41460 called me in July 2014 - He guaranteed they'd rent my unit and give me extra weeks and I'd see my 1st check in about six months. I fell for it and paid a one-time fee of $1,499 and never heard from them again and their number is not a working number. Just stumbled across the paperwork and found this site to report it.
I paid $1500 for them to rent out 4 weeks of my timeshare for $7,300 in my profit. I have called them twice and they told me they had 3 rented in July and 1 for Aug. That was as of April 28, 2016.
I paid them to rent my timeshare. In April they said they rented all 4 of my weeks in July and Aug. I have not recieved any communication from them. I have called and left messages to no avail.
Three months ago received a call from a Salesperson posing as a Representative from the Time-share Company I'm a member of stating that I was in jeapordy of forefiting unused Vacation Weeks. For a one time Marketing fee, I was guaranteed Rental of the Weeks withing 90 days or money would be refunded. In three months, I have not heard from the Company or the Salesperson. I called my Time-share Company about another Offer and inquired about Summit Marketing & Assoc. and was told that they are "rip-off" Artists who do not deliver on their promises. When I asked how they were able to contact me, I was told that the information they had was "public knowledge", which I "highly suspect". The contract I have with Sdummit Marketing and Associates, states that the required cancellation notificatiion is via phone, e-mail or physical address. I have not been able to reach them by phone and there has been no response via e-mail. I will send then a Registered Letter as well as lodge an Official complaint with Florida Authorities.
