YOU'LL REGRET IT

If I could have given a 0 I would have. She is on AVC on Thursdays only for the time being. She first appears to be a kind little old lady selling her estates on TV but she is actually a wolf in sheep's clothing. The receipt says you must get an RMA# prior to returning and once they receive it you will get a complete refund less SP& H but you don't get a refund. You can't contact her, you can't even find her except on TV on Thurs. I called AVC and the lady told me that she does her refunds on Fridays and it takes 2 weeks. OK, well its been almost a month. Here is a piece of advice for you, never return without insurance of more than $500 as it requires a signature which you can get from the USPS as proof she received it. This is your back up & if you used a credit card most will allow disputes on charges that merchants like this refuse to refund. They will temporarily credit your account until a resolution can be reached. They give the merchant 60 days to respond & may require copies of your backup. At least you have some recourse this way. She ends her shows with Think good thoughts and do good deeds, well she doesn't even keep her word or do good deeds herself and someone like this can't be trusted. I certainly won't buy from her again. She also has several alias's she goes by. If you google her business address on Pine st in Fitzgerald it comes back to a Message and Spa business. She has about 4 or 5 different addresses that are not any good and that is how she alludes being found. She is a scam artist, of the worst kind. A little old lady, who would have thought, which is the point you wouldn't and she uses that. I pd 658.00 and I haven't heard a word from her or her supposed staff. I just couldn't warn the public about what you will be in for if you buy from her. She has unique things but is very overpriced, is not trustworthy, steals your money & you can't get to her. The best thing is not to deal with her at all. Save yourself the headache, heartache, and worry. The people at AVC are very kind but they either can't or won't help I assume do to the contract between them and her. Your receipt will say return to AVC but when you call to get the RMA # your box will be sent to another address in Fitzgerald called the Golden Antlers Studio 223 Pine St in Fitzgerald Ga. AVC's address is in Peachtree, Ga totally different place and address. She is slick. I hope this helps someone. God bless and good luck if you have already bought from her. I wish you well.

Sue Rochfort who sells antiques and jewelery on Mondays and Thursday on avc shopping network is a scandalous ripoff. Her prices on cheap reporduction are 10 times retail and that is the truth. She sold a little cloisonne bell for $388 that you can buy on ebay for $10. She is criminal in that she scams the people who know nothing about antiques into thinking they are all rare and valuable pieces. It is deplorable. She is a usurper. People work hard for their money and they are getting so ripoffed here. BEWARE! GO TO EBAY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH AND BUY THERE! She acts like this caring wonderful person who so wants you to have treausres but it is all a fraud.
