I started working as a employee as Eric west first off when I started I was told we get paid every week then as pay day got closer he gave us a notice three days before paying us saying its been changed to two weeks which was a hardship on me and my family period, like u could tell bills wait til next week especially paying childcare out of my pockets! Then I got a check finally after three weeks of no pay and the address on my check was wrong! Everything correct except my address really, then the day of Friday I'm told by Eric that we can't deposit our checks til Monday afternoon smh as if we are not already getting paid late then to tell us we can't cash are d**n checks, then days pass and days pass still can not cash my check he ripped me off of two weeks pay which should been paid for
