I had the same problem completing the order order no: 40854010 sku 30032-40164 mindinsole reflexology insole qty 1 and then oder no: 40851248 sku 30032-40164 mindinsole reflexology insole qty 2 which,according to my visa wells fargo bank was charged $79.19 on 10/29/18in florida recuring payment authorization on 10/28 bls*reflexology in 609-256-4523mfl s468301782733973 card 2700 the products were shipped from pacoima, ca in two separate mailings ups soft packaging. I did not want them at that late a date. I wanted to return them and get the money back either by credit to my visa or a check form the company by requesting a return slip with the amount to be returned for all three. I had tried calling at least five times and was placed on a cue over ten min each time and no contact! i subsequently documented my request by e-mail dec 10th, a second e-mail Including the first e-mail and again dec13th. In more detail. No answer to the first e-mail and the second and third ones were "blocked" and never received or acknowledge! this is a scam!

My name is Bonnie O' dea and I am on ODSP, I AM POOR, I couldn't afford cable so I order there antenna and now its been over 3 months since they took the money and I still didnt receive it. I want the product that I ordered or my money back.
I ordered an antenna from supposedly fox TV antenna and I noticed that they changed me three different times, and I tried to contact them never got a response so I sent them few E-mail, asking them about this three different invoices and they never replied to the fact, from there I call PayPal because I made the payment with them, and yet PayPal went against me giving the so call fox TV antenna the rights, I being in communication with PayPal and they are trying to repeal the case. Anyway things are very difficult for me, this is an everyday battle for me with no results, I even pay for postage to return the package.
Hell-o I received three items that I would like to return and I see the add. I see others have had trouble returning thing and getting credit.
