I recently ordered four NEW rims for my 2008 chevy Silverado pickup 2500hd from this company. What I received was three new rims and one used rim. Three of the rims came with all factory packaging and were in A plus condition. The fourth rim was missing packaging and the box was all taped up as if it had been opened before. Ok what to do I will call the company they will send me a new one. Right? Well there were a few stipulations when making my purchase with them over the phone.
I told them I work out of state and would only be home for the weekend before leaving again for a month. If I ordered for NEW rims would they be at my house ready for me to take to my mechanic. I told them how my truck was about to run out of inspection said I need rims and if you can get them to me in a week you have my business. Well indeed I got them within a week right as I was getting home for my two days home a month. What do I find 3 New 1 used Rim. Long story short I need to put the used rim on my truck because I need the truck for work.
Customer service was willing to send me a new rim upon receiving the old one but that just didn't work for me. They offered me a 50 dollar rebate and told me maybe I could take it to a wheel repair shop. I said I just ordered New rims and you want me to take my new rim to a wheel repair shop? Well I am just thinking was the response I got from customer service. Do not do business with this company its a scam
