I was with this company for 10 years when they were Appletree. They were great. then Stericycle bought them out and it's been HORRIBLE. they mess up my calls, send me messages from the wrong company, send my messages to other companies. Their services is TERRIBLE. i have complained but they never fix the problem. Mary Vickery and Dara Watson - worst cusotmer service team ever. There are a million better answering service companies out there. working with this company will cost you loads of time and money. They are a total ripoff.
We have had Sericycle Communication Services sine March 28, 2014 and we contacted them before about not getting calls and texts and emails with out messages. The first time we called be were blown off and the phone call yesterday we spoke with a man name Jacob and he was very pushy, rude, and only wanted things his way - not happening with me.
I did our homework looking for a new answering service and my boss slipped out and gave them a few prices - which is wrong in my book. If a company wants your business they need to sharpen their crayon the first time and give you the best price out of the gate.
Then Jacob tried to trick us into a lower amount and we would have to pay them in a contract for 1 year - I said no to that but it was up to my boss.
Jacob tried every trick in the book but I kept saying no to their tricks. My boss saw it the whole time and finally kicked his company to the curb.
