The State Employees Credit Union in North Carolina has an abysmall history of derogative and adversial treatment of its "members", otherwise known as account holders.
It has been 5 years since I have had an account at this banking institution and getting my money back from fraudulent, unauthorized, and purchases or services which were never received or rendered is an act of Congress.
It will not happen, especially if you are a black account holder. Yes, the bank knows what their customers look like because each debit card has a picture of the account owner on it.
When filing my disputes via the bank's online portal, and providing the precise information asked, I always receive a letter in the mail with language doubting the validity of my claim as well as asking for additional clarification. Even after providing proof and more proof, SECU will deny my claim.
