I made multiple attempts to contact someone via phone and email with no reponse. Their order confirmation provided an phony USPS tracking number that I verified with the United States Postal service as no products being received by them.
This company is deliberately taking advantage of vulnerable citizens during a worldwide crisis. They took our money and never had any intent of delivering the products that were ordered. They are still running ads on multiple social media platforms. They need to be stopped immediately!

Call your credit card and close your card and get a different card. This company is “capturing” credit card information to sell. No intent to deliver any actual products. It’s horrible.
I ordered the 5 pack masks on 4/17/20 and was skeptical too. I called Star Tech Media and received no response because I did not receive any type of notification of the purchase. So I called my credit card company and was told to give it a little longer, since it had only been two days since purchasing. On 4/20/20, I received a tracking number and notice it has shipped. It stalled from there. So I waited and then on 4/23/2020, I ask my friend who works at the post office if it was an legitimate tracking number and she confirmed it was. I also signed up for USPS tracking alerts via text message. I finally emailed the company on 4/25/2020 and they responded saying that merchandise had shipped and to give it a few more days to show status. So I waited and waited, then I received an update on 4/25, 4/26, 4/30, 5/1 and then on 5/9 they arrived. The email I used was [email protected]. It was long wait, but I am glad that I finally got them and wasn't scammed out my money. Best wishes!
DO NOT order from this company. It’s fraudulent!!! They capture your credit card info to sell it and will never send a product. They “Mask” the tracking number to state USPS .... it’s NOT usps, it is indeed a webpage they have created to look like USPS.

I have never received my masks and filters yet.It's now 5/13/20. I have called and emailed to not avail. Never get a email back. I leave messages.No phone calls back. Got 2 fake tracking # for the Post office. PO says those #'s don't exist.

4-18-20 ordered N-25 face Masks. Paid $38.99. Received NO Receipt or confirmation email.
