On 5/15/2020 I contracted with Starcast Group to provide asset information on judgment debtors. On 6/4/2020 I submitted a request for them to locate a bank account of a judgment debtor. On 7/22/2020 Starcast provided false information to me. I know it was false becase when my client serve a writ of garnishment on the bank named by Starcast, the report from the bank was that no accounts were found. I brought this to the attention of Darius Allen, the chief of Starcast. He promised that he would refund my money within 7 days. He never refunded my money.
