Ordered 3 Mr Big Buddy Heaters and made payment the way they wanted. They thanked for payment and said they are pending. Waited and the next thing the web site is gone. They sold anything just like a walmart store does but web only. web site gone but the support site is still there but wont responed.
I was instructed to purchase 2 play station gift card for $50.00 each from Amazon and then pay with that for item in the web side starazago.com. I placed my order on feb.16 2016 recieved email of payment confirmed on Feb.17,2016 an my order was sent to processing a week has passed, loged in to my account to see the stauts of my order and it still shows pending order,I e-mailed them at support@ starazago.com an got no respond.now when I go to look at my account the site is no longer available.
