I hired Square Floor Services to replace water damaged hardwoods in my home. After replacing some of the wood, the floor began cupping the next day. Sam Nguyen stoped working and left the house while I was on the phone and never came back. Sam will not return calls. Floors getting worse. Hired another floor expert to acess dammage. They said Square Floor Services used the wrong glue, did not check for mosture, or measure properly. I am out $1200.00 for material and additional $600 I gave him directly. Currently using another company to remove all wood and start over again. Please dont make the same mistake I did and hire Sam Nguyen at square Floor Services.
