Cody Spurgeon and Suzie Spurgeon are in Cahoots with Osage Land and are all a bunch of ripoff artist. My partner and I worked for Cody for two months, and never recieved money for our invoices. He owes us over $30,000.00, and I know for a fact that Cody and Suzi have just bought a 143.60 acre ranch in ALTO Texas and paid cash for it. No Loan, real money. This guy should be in jail for doing people the way he has. I hope that everyone who has been ripped off by him goes after him. He has big assets in h is name. Look on Texas File, in Cherokee County, Texas. You will see Cody just purchased 143.60 acre ranch in his name. So it is not protected. File a lien, we are.
This company is nitorious for not paying it's independent contractors. Their last project in Ohio was underfunded and they did not pay their land men. I am personally owed almost $6,500 in outstanding invoices from 2014-2015.
I strongly recommend not working with company or allowing them to be the mineral rights broker on your land. The owner, Cody Spurgeon is a thief and should be in jail for his actions.
