I contacted Customer Serice on three occasions. The day they took my payment, status was delivered to USPS. USPS has no history of ever receiving this package. It never arrived to USPS for shipping.

If you do ever get your item its a lot longer than a week. Try a month or more. They steal your money with shipping then send you sub par items. Check Facebook, people have been scammed by this horrible company before. You can never contact anyone except by email and never anyone in charge. Customer service lies to you and blows you off.
