I had to file bankruptcy four years ago, which included my utilities. I received my discharge in January of 2014. Two months after that I received my new account number and paid a deposit. I paid all of my monthly bills until they turned my services off. They informed me that I had to pay an old bill before they restore services. I faxed in all of my bankruptcy and discharge papers, they have sent a service person out three times get to my home just to tell me they had to cancel. I was then told I will not be able to ever get gas service until I pay off old bill. Missouri is cold during the winter months. I also filed a complaint with BBB.
