I took my car for a noise, they said I need new struts and so I let them replace them. I get my car back and it's worse. I call and they say sorry we forgot mounts, so I have to go back and pay to have the mounts put on. I get the car back and the original noise is there and now worse. They just want you to pay for services you don't need until they have squeezed you dry and then may or not actually fix it.
