I have had Sparkletts water for over 5 yrs now, recently we have had a new driver assigned to our account. WORST THING THAT COULD HAVE EVER HAPPENED!!! our driver never does what is requested, I have called in daily to get a replacement cooler as mine currently leaks and does not give cold water. He's to call 30 mins before arriving NEVER CALLS but he reports he calls and no one is home! No supervisor will take the call they keep you on hold for over an hour hoping you'll hang up by then! When you get a representative to try to transfer you to the supervisor the supervisor relays all the messages back to the representatives just to avoid talking to you, then they tell you your account is past due when you've clearly made a payment and they act all stupid trying to cover them up again realizes they've made a wrong accusation and the supervisor still won't take the call. I've had a cooler leaking for about 2 months now which they won't replace and they won't even credit you for anything!!! Worst company every hey just give you the run around
I thought arrowhead was bad. These guys make arrowhead water look like saints. The Delivery guys cheat you out of your bottles. I had 8 bottle in my driveway to collect and the delivery guy lied and reported only 4 collected. I called customer service and it seemed as if they were related to the delivery guy. I can't deal with dishonest pratices. They're delivery schedule is not consistent either. They will come two times a month instead of three. Delivery guy is unapproachable as well.
Awful service. No customer service avail. It's a waste of time and money. I thought arrowhead was bad. These guys make arrowhead water look like saints. The Delivery guys cheat you out of your bottles. I had 8 bottle in my driveway to collect and the delivery guy lied and reported only 4 collected.
