I started Sparkletts water about 3 months ago, at first service was great and then they kept not delivering water when they said. One time they picked up 5 empty bottles and did not leave 1 full bottle. And before you say it I paid every bill on time thru electronic billing. I called a total of 16 times, was on hold a total of 3 hours combined and talked to 3 managers. All of who promised to get everything straight and get my water delivered. The last manager named Chris called me last Thursday (9/8/) and Promised me for absolute sure that 5 bottles of water and 2 free cases (because of all the mistakes) would be here Friday 9/9) They also had a cooler to pick up as we had purchased our own because after 3 coolers you still could not hear the TV for the noise of the cooler. Well guess what? It is 9-15-16 and after 3 more phone calls this weeks I still have the cooler and the 2 empty bottles. We have switched to Arrowhead and they were here as promised on Tuesday. We purchased this water service from Costco and this is the first time in 20 years I have had a problem with Costco.

I signed up for Sprakletts in May 2015 for home water delivery . The delivery person Alfonzo would not deliver on time agreed , but would just show up in the morning and drop off the water without picking up the bottles . We accumulated 18 bottles . I tried customer service , but couldn't reach live person. They keep transferong me to different departments after having me to wait for 30--40 min!!! At the end the phone line would misteriously get disconnected . I noticed that my bills were anywhere from $60-80 per month! And all I wanted is to have 4 bottles delivered per month. Anyways I kept paying and letting it go, I finally caught the delivery guy and returned him 18 bottles. He said the money would be reversed, but when I got a new bill it didn't changed! It's still had a due balance of $60! And they had some Mickey Mouse calculation of my debit of $109 and they had different charges and outstanding balance of $60 was still there. I was pissed and was determined to get through . I finally reached a customer service and asked her politely to first cancel my reccuring payment. She said the card is not in file. What a lie! How was I billed then all this time!! I asked her to separate to supervisor and she put me on him for 15 min, then said yes I found the credit card . I asked he to cancel the reccuring payment . Then I asked to clarify the billing calculation she placed me in call for 1 hr and 10 min, I called again and they placed me for another hold. I never heard from them. I could wait any longer because my phone battery was dying . I wish people new about it before they signed up . I voice this issue on social media and at my hospital where we have a lot of Sparkletts customers. They also noticed unexplainable charges . How can I have them accountable , this is not socialist country . There should be some sort of ways to have them be accountable . If they overcharge customers here and there they can be ripping off us for millions!!!
