This is a warren buffett owed company , That first takes every short cut possible in building the homes .. If you own a home you bought from se homes i can tell you in detail varies errors, flaws, in just the Kitchen alone .. Now the companies are cavalier , estates , energy , all three are basicaly next door to each other and through pure juggling all owned by clayton homes , which is owned by berkshire hathaway which is owned by The great warren Buffett .. I can only speak of the homes built at energy which would be your double wides, triple wides , and quads.. and know some single wides .. The new production manager is j.P . This company is run with a bully intent towards the employees .. People are so terrified to lose their jobs that they take verbal abuse that quit honestly goes over the top ..You are being swear at , always threaten about being fired.. If you file a complaint it goes know where , it stops at B.K . Now of course they give you a 800 number to call but once you do its routed back to guess who mrs kelly .. When you get hired you sign a paper saying you will not get on social media and say anything that can be taken against the company .. This company gets away with what they do because of who owns it , and recieves very good benefits ( taxes ) from the state .. However this must stop hard working people should be treated as such .. How about the hard working home owner ? That spend thousands of dollars for a house of horror .. example when you a home owner design your house and pick out your paint color DO YOU KNOW THE KITCHENS WITH THE BIG CABNETS their is NO paint behind those they figure you wont see it.. Those cabinets with the microwave inside have anywhere from a 1ft to a 2 ft hole because the wire isnt in the proper place so they take a hammer knock holes and pull the wire down .. Some cases very few they will mud over the hole but very few 90% have the hole and No paint .. Then the cabinet is screwed to the wall .. I can tell you where ever short cut in the kitchen is .. When a person spends in some cases 100,000 for these its just wrong .. The company is all about 100% cosmetic ( if it looks good is all that matters ) . Not is it built good !! If you want to see for your self easy test -- your over head cabinet that is above your stove / range that your microwave is installed under if you open the cabinet door , do you see the plug where your microwave is plugged in well that wire behind that cabinet had to be moved to in 99% of the houses so if you take that cabinet down there is a big hole in your wall where the wire had to be pulled down ... so easy for mice to enter when you already have pre made holes in the wall.. You may ask who am i , I am a person who dedicated myself to se homes the company and to the customer AND FAILED ON BOTH LEVELS.. Oh and for a woman it is even more of a nightmare the harrasment is blatant .. They do have a new supervisor female but of course she dates j.P. get it ? Dont buy or work for this company warren buffett needs to own up to the mess he owns .. and the people from the home buyers to the employees ..
