Now in all of this once he city agrees to fund the project they don't allow us to change contractors unless we start over. I informed charlie of this -as of the 4th of july he stated they weren't doing the project even though i've had the insulation removed and the house is hotter and my electric usage has increased. -charlie used extortion and told me he wasn't worried about me complaining to the bbb, outscam, all the local power companies, facebook, yelp, and small claims court because i was having a illegal addition added to my house Which i'm not) and having air conditioners replaced which based on code for non-incorporated polk county florida if i'm swapping one component for another one no permit is needed.
Everyone needs to stay away from this company. I welcome charlie or ginger king to contact me to get this worked out.
