Purchased the Pocket Power Plus after hearing an ad on the GlennBeck show. Purchased as a gift for someone. That person (nor I) were aware that we needed to immediately unpack the unit and charge and and to keep it charged in order for it to work. A simple notice on the packaging would have been immensely helpful. We charged the batteries several months later only to find that the unit will only recharge a single cell phone, one time before it powers off due to the charge being depleted. No matter how many times we attempt to recharge the unit, the same results are experienced.
Upon contacting the sales department, we learned that becuase we did not discover and report this problem within 90 days that we were essentially out of luck, the agent offered no solution. Not even a discount on an upgraded version of the unit.
Had our first experience using their product been successful, we would have referred others and also eventually purchased additional products. However, given the manner inwhich they choose to deal with my incident, I cannot recommend purchasing anything from Solutions From Science.
I ordered "the worlds smallest solar charger," and never got tracking onfo. Waited a week and contacted the company. I was responded to by a very rude customer service rep. I cancelled my order and was then contacted (via e-mail) by another rep who assured me they were on back order. I waited four additional weeks and after hearing nothing contacted them again and got no response. Contacted my bank to report a fraud charge. This was all in Oct of 2015. Have still not gotten a response nor the product. They simply refuse to respond to my cancelation/refund requests. I should have looked here first. Clearly this is a scam.
I purchased their solar generator over 1 year ago and I conditioned batteries as instructed. The panel does not charge or work unless plugged into power. So it is useless. I live in Florida so I have plenty of sunshine. I contacted the company on several occasions and was always told something I needed to do to fix it. It does not work. I did everything I was told and after getting upset with the company, they never answered any of my emails again. This company takes your money but does nothing for you after the sale.

We had to pay out an extra $250 to get in refurbished by the company. We followed the instructions and the unit failed again. Several days ago this same unit started to spark and make noises and we could smell smoke so we had to shut it down for fear of it blowing up and starting on fire. We contacted the company with no resolutions. They said sorry your 90 day warranty is expired. I urge people don't purchase this unit from this company. Buyer beware. This company does appear to be customer orientated. This company admitted they did not replace our original unit which we think was defective. Why don't they stand behind their product.

BUT HE STILL PUSHES ALL THE SAME MERCHANDISE AND BOOKS TO MAKE MONEY BUT SCEWED THE PEOPLE HE GOT THE MONEY FROM.
