I paid for a years worth of tanning, this was in 2016. A few months later they had closed shop, without notice and did not refund money for months that were left on contract. A total rip off. They had two other salons, one in Berkeley and one in Oakland. This is wrong for so many reasons.
In July of 2016, i purchased a tanning package for $165, good for 6 tanning sessions. i have used 2, with 4 remaining. Upon visiting the location in August, i found it to be permanently closed and abandoned. Their website has no information on it anymore, there is no contact information, not even an email. The phone number to the Berkeley location does not work and the store front is empty, no sign, no notice, nothing to customers. I am still owed at least $100 in services!
