I've been paying for my solar service that has not been producing for a year. I received an Edison bill for same year in amount of $1882.11. I have been emailing, calling for assistance for three weeks threatening to stop paying my bill for solar in amount of $125.83. I have requested to get Edison money refunded to me as my installer said they'd do. Also I've requested to speak to a manager. When I get a response by email it says my problem will be looked into within 23-48 hours. For three weeks now same response. No one will talk to me about an Edison refund and only way I got a response is because I threatened to stop paying my bill. Which I have.

no one home?

Do I happen to have the same problem? I try calling!! I try emailing!! I have to wait on hold for hours! I gust wanna ask them" how can they bill me the full amount for using the hole amount that the solar system produce is like 1,000 k/w & the bill is about $250, but I gust find out that the system only produces 93/kw only for last month!!! how can u bill for the hole 1000 k/w? & that billing was for the last 3 months? I stop paying them too, maybe I can get an answer to this crazy bills & thats+$330 a month from Edison bill?is that why we instal the solar? u think so we can pay more? I believe something is fishy going on. don't u?

Is Any One There?

I also have had a terrible time w/ Solar Service The one thing that is absolutely amazing is all the stories are the same. I have been trying to get the bottom of this HUGE bill I had from PG&E, $3800.00 to be exact to be paid now or I would have my power cut off. We (meaning myself and SS) had numerous conference calls on justifying my Power usage will the Solar Division of PG&E My system did not work for 15 months and I had no bill from PG&E for over two years and this came to light. Never once has SS ever returned a call or given me an acknowledgement in writing as to how they would like to resolve this problem. I am not paying them either at this time and they have taken me to collections. I explained to the collections agent the problem and they have never called me back.

They did do the repairs on my system and it seems to be working. I get a electrical useage graph every month on my statement every month. But every month my statement varies in charges from $1600.00 to this latest one for $390.00 and I don't owe PG&E anything and and I have not paid a dime to SS for more that 18 months. I also have never been given anything in writing and will not until I have a clear statement from them on how they rectified the problem. Is it time for a lawyer?

Billed my checking account in September 2020 for the same amount. Once on September 9 and again on September 28. Have sat on the phone for hours with the same song playing. They are overwhelmed by COVID and use email. Have sent them email twice with an auto response. Weeks have gone by with no refund. This company was once reliable with an email notice sent each month on charges. Now notifications are hit and miss. Web site is a disaster. No useful info can be retrieved from it.

It looks like there was a merger of two companies in 2020. Obviously they do not have control.

Online billing never updated

I pay my bills online. I have paid 2 bills that don't show on my account. I have printed recipes. My solar is out for 2 days. I don't have any number to call for help. What do I do to get this worked out and get back online?
