I live in Las Vegas. The system was guaranteed for 20 years. The franchisee from Solar Universe was Jersey Electric a Nevad Company/. This company declared bankruptcy.
I am now having issues with the system that require repair. Attempts to reach Solar Universe fail and no repsonse is ever ecieved either by phone messages or email.
For anyone looking to install solar I would strongly urge they stay away from anything related to Solar Universe.
