Snorequiet is a SCAM

Snorequiet is owned by Sunlight Unlimited which is owned by Sunlight Holdings LLC, 2475 PALM BAY ROAD NE, STE 145-11, PALM BAY, FL 32905.

Sunlight … LLC operates a SCAM with Snorequiet. Nowhere on the or in the packaging the seller and its address is mentioned.

Snorequiet mouthpiece is a mediocre product, that is so voluminous that it makes you gag. The middle layer that is supposed to receive both jaws is very thin and the size of the device makes it easy to move your lower jaw to its natural position

I had to send it back immediately once I realized how big and bad the device is, taking advantage of the return policy.

The seller states on its website:”We’re so confident that SnoreQuiet will help you that we’ll let you return it within 30 days of purchase if you’re not completely satisfied.”

On the website the seller reponds to: What if I am not satisfied?

“We recommend using our products for at least 7 days before determining if it works for you. If any of SnoreQuiet products doesn't works for you, simply contact us within 30 days to initiate the return process.”

When the customer declares he is unsatisfied, he/she is invited to return the device. Only then your attention is called to their Refund Policy stating :

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges to our return address. Please consider a carrier that offers valid tracking information to ensure your package was delivered to us.

All returns are subject to a $25 disposal fee.

When paying for the return postage and after deduction of the $25 return fee, the buyer looses the complete purchage price. Even though this product is worthless to Sunlight … LLC , as the company instructs the mailman NOT to return the product if mail cannot be delivered and to destroy the package.

DON’T order this product!!

You are stuck with this item. Not only does it not work, sending it back for a refund costs as much as the product since it has to go to China. I disputed the charge with my bank and after 3 months the bank determined that the company provided the information necessary that warranted the charge.

Buyer beware.

My wife and I both have been diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and we both snore some. We both tried the device which was extremely uncomfortable because it extended the tongue to prevent snoring. After I fell asleep after great discomfort, I awoke several times finding the device lost the suction on my tongue and was no longer working. This happened over several nights after repeated use. Product did not work for us.

Snorequiet offered 100%satisfaction guarantee and if return in 30 days a refund was provided. When I got the RMA number from the company, I found that I was to ship the returned product to an address in Berlin, Germany at my expense which would be about $20-$30 more money. Also, it stated that there would be a $25.00 environmental fee for each device for a total of $50.00 which would be subtracted from the refund. They considered the device, when used, to be a medical biohazard which they supposedly send to a third party. I noticed one person on this site was asked to sent the return to an address in China. This company does not want to give a refund and uses the fee as an excuse. Also, I went through a lot of the testimonials and found most were listed at 4 and 5 stars. The product did not work for us and I am sure I am not the only one. When the company advertises a product and does not fully explain upfront, this is fraudulent and deceptive to me. The company did say in the fine print that there was a $25.00 disposal fee since they consider the used device as a bio-hazard. Then why did the company say to mail by USPS or other transportation methods this bio-hazard return product which violates Federal and State Laws. Special sealed packages are needed before shipment. It appears I will lose the full $86.95 because it is not worth sending back for a very small refund.

I was attracted to the ad on the internet for an anti-snoring device for $29.95 which includes shipping. This was a MAD device and I thought I would give it a try to help my snoring problem and it had a 30-day money back guarantee. Well this was a mistake buying from this Company.

I did receive the device and tried it but it was too small for my mouth and kept falling out of my mouth rendering it useless to stop my snoring. So I emailed the company to request a refund and they did respond but to much of my dismay, they are going to charge me a $25 environmental fee for disposing of the device (which is complete bullxxxx). Then they give me a foreign address to ship the item back to which would end up costing me more to send it back than the item is worth.

After doing a little research, there is no US location for this company. Nothing about the company on the box it came in. According to other people doing business with this company, they say it comes from China. This company is using deceptive business practices to sell you an item that does not work and that does not want to give you a refund even though they advertise it. Their reviews are all 5-star which after further research appear to be fake reviews. Go to Trustspot.com to see many more reviews of ripped -off people like me.

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM SNOREQUIET or you will be ripped off. :-(

Snorequiet is from China (no where on their website do you see this) You are lead to believe you are dealing with a company based in the USA.

They say they have a money back guarentee??

There is a $25.00 disposal fee (which is nearly 50% of the purchase price!) and it will cost you $14.25 to mail the product back to China from the USA. There is a good chance even with a tracking number the item will be lost in the mail so no refund is given

I tried to cancel my order 10 minutes after I ordered since I found a review that said the item (tounge holder) damages your gums. Gums do not grow back, any product that damages your gums should come with a warning.

Several emails back and forth with the company only lead to frustration becuase the customer service agent "Jeff" only responded with canned responses and didn not read my messages. Finally after getting a real response he said to WAIT until I got the product and then WAIT for return instructions and to NOT 'return to sender" Which in the long run cost me. I did what the customer service agent told me to do-- which was wrongl I should have refused the product,

I spent 59.95 on the product, which was returned and $14.25 for postage and ZERO has been refunded.

I tried to leave a "one star' review on their website but the sytem rejects my review

Snorequiet.com is a new website that was just restigered in the Fall of 2017

My entire experience with SnoreQuiet was horrible.
