Like lots of others, tobacco allegedly sent 4 times, sometimes with a tracking # other none, the ones i could track Supposedly) ended up in new york and never moved. The original order was june 2018, we are now may 2019 and i have not received either the tobacco or the two checks they allegedly sent to re-imburse me, now they are just not responding to my e-mails, the supposedly guarantee delivery or a refund, they have not done either, like others keep away from these people
This is an online company so i'm not sure where its headquarters are placed at. Please notify that they have been defrauding customers by receiving their money and then claiming that the parcels sent get lost in the ny port. They never send a refund either. I placed an order four months ago and never received my cigarettes nor a refund ever. I'm not sure how many people they've fooled like that but please do something about it.
