Purchased their Excel password recovery software. Description claims the software can crack Excel 2016 password protected file. Software only offers 3 methods: a dictionary attack, or 2 other brute force methods. The brute force methods could take years to crack if the password is 10 characters or more, and AES is used, therefore useless. That only leaves the dictionary attack. The dictionary word list that comes with the software is small and not very helpful. The software allows you to use your own dictionary file. However if you use your own, and it is over a certain size, it crashes after a few minutes and claims it can't find the password. Contacted tech support, which can take days to get back to you, and when they do, it is late at night. After sending screenshots of the crash, they asked me to send them the Excel file, and they will do it.
What is the point of buying the software if they are going to do it, and why would I want them to have possession of my Excel file? They do not offer refunds, and when you read the their disclaimer section on their site, it claims that they cannot be held responsible for anything they sell through their site. In short, I suspect they count on the fact the price is small enough that you will just not fight to get your money back. Don't waste your time trying to get a refund from them directly. Contact your credit card company and ask for a chargeback and get your money back that way. It bypasses all the run around and stalling you get
This software maker does not honour its 30-day money back guarantee promise. I purchased the software for a client who couldn't get into their Acer laptop. The software did not work and I was forced to find another solution since it takes 24-48 hours for an email response from support and my client needed access to his account right away. When I asked them for a refund, they refused to abide by the "30-day money back guarantee" printed on their website. They think that I should have waited to get support before asking for a refund. Instead of a refund they are offering to help me fix the already solved problem and offered me so called "gifts".

Support (Hulda) offers more software which doesn't work and refuses to refund, despite the 90 days money back guarantee.
This is a fraud plain and simple. The demo shows you that it can find a password in 1 hour, and the real software crashes. Paypal doesn't work. Awards are probably fake and guarantees are meaningless. Payment systems should blacklist this company. Opened a fraud case with the credit card company.
