SkinFreshMD Reviews

They charged for what was supposed to be a free trial. They have no contact number on their Web dite. The number sent with the product doesn't work and they don't respond to emails. I am out $400.00 with no way to teach them. Hopefully I won't receive any more junk from the,. I have cancer and have very sensitive skin and have been advised by my medical team not to use their products.

I would return the products but there is no return address.

This company is a skam.

I tried to purchase a "free sample" of face cream. Skin fresh MD. After entering my credit card info I could not exit site as it kept wanting me to sign up for more cosmetics. A real SCAM. All because I trusted Shark Tank. Never again.

I was told that I would have 2 weeks to try products out. From the time the products arrived on August 4, I figured that I would have to August 18 to call or go on line and say I did or did not want any more. On August 18, a post to my credit card from them was placed. I had planned to send a refusal on the 18th. I cannot afford the product.

I recently ordered a Trial of a make up product and just needed to pay the shipping. Within a few days my account was charged $92...I was out of town so did not have time to respond. In a few more days I was charged another $97.00...When I returned home there were NO products in the mail. I immediately called the numbers listed on the bank statement. They assured me the products had been delivered and I needed to return them for a refund! I said "how can I return a product I never received or ordered!! I spoke to a supervisor (scam) and she agrued that I needed to return the products for a refund! I asked how I could return something I had never received! They offered a %50 refund and I said No i wanted the entire refund. Then she hung up on me!! I am on Social Security and would never order $200 worth of makeup!! What a scam and criminals that they are!!

SkinfreshMD.com is a scammer. They advertise a web offer for a face cream product to try for payment of shipping cost of $4.95 only. Knowing full well that credit cards generate a monthly statement only once a month, they then charge your card $97.67, and then place you on a regular shipping status. The claim is that somewhere on the ordering page in some "small print" this is fully disclosed.

I have been informed by my credit card that they receive "hundreds" of calls concerning the charges, and that this company will not refund any charges made even though they tell they will.

This company is not going to be around for long.

I got an email telling from Amazon telling me try samples for face cream. So before purchasing i checked over the entire page looking for any trial periods or anything like that because I dont have time to try and remember dates. I saw nothing. This is a sample there is no way I would ever pay $69.16 for face cream when Olay works so much better. I contacted them they refuse to refund my money.

SkinfreshMD/Allure RX takes deceptive sales practices to much higher level! I recieved a charge to my debit card and when I called and asked to have the charge removed was told the the "free" trail period had expired and that was why I was charged for the product. However the product was ordered on 6/4 and the trail was to be for 18 days. Today being the 22nd I would think the trail at end of day.

Not so! Was told the trail expired today, the 22nd. Hmmmm. The rep then told me to count the number of days from date of order 6/4, I did and got the same expiry date, the 22nd. Was then told my card was charged because the trail had expired! WHAT! I think I made my point because he apolgized for not being able to (refusing!) resolve the issue and hung up!

This a Grand Scam to sell a product and increase revenue. Don't deal with these people!

I want to file a complaint this is an rip off i was told i would recieve my money back and after waiting ten days nothing. So basically i paid $200 for these two little bottles for nothing. Wasn't told the original prices were $100 a piece until the trial period ends! Would not have done it if was in told letters!

This was an online facebook marketing that I clicked on the ad and filled in the email and phone number, within few minutes I receive a call and was a told that it is a $5.95 trial and then I can cancel. Within the trial period itself I see a charge on my card and then next another.

When called customer service the automated message says my account has been cancelled. When I talked to representative repeatedly all of them are trained to say the same thing hang up even when I am not finished talking. All they say is we a great product and have a great day.

These people are total rip off. Don't fall in this trap.

On May 11 I ordered eye & face cream on their free trial just pay postage. I paid 4.95 ea. for postage. I received product on may 19th. I went online May 23rd and also called to cancel any future shipments and to get RA#. I returned product they received June 4th which they have acknowledged all within tie limit but they still charged my card on 6/6/17 for another shipment which I have not received nor did I ask for. They refuse to give money back even though I cancelled and they hang up on me every time I call and ask to speak to someone above them. I did exactly what they required me to do This is definetly a Scam...

Ordered free trial on May 20. They charged my credit card $4.95 on May 22. I did not received product until May 24.

Free trial was for $4.95 shipping. But Terms and Conditions say if you don't cancel during the 18-day trial, you will be billed $97.87. Of course when ordering the free trial, there is no pop-up making you agree to terms and conditions. And they automatically sign you up for auto-shipments when you order the trial.

I noticed today there was a pending charge for $97.87 on my CC. Technically my 18th day would be June 8, if you count from when they charged the free trial (May 22). So I called the company.

First customer service person said I should have cancelled within my trial period. When I pushed back she hung up on me.

Second customer service person also hung up on me after I explained that I was cancelling today, the 17th day. She insisted that it was a 14-day trial, not an 18-day trial, until I pointed out their terms and conditions listed on their website. Then she said the 18-days started on May 20 - the day I ordered the product. Seems like they are spinning their answers anyway they can to get the $98.

Third time calling, I insisted on speaking to a manager. The customer service person refused to transfer me. When I explained again that I was on the 17th day and wanted to make sure I was not charged, she also hung up on me.

This company is a scam. I fear countless customers have taken them up on their free trial and didn't cancel according to terms because they don't make their terms known up-front when you order.

I have not finished using the free trial. But I strongly doubt the product is any good. No company who sells a reputable product would have to use ripoff schemes like these to get their product out there.

And lastly, Amazon.com sells the product for $34.

uncooperative customer service

Just spoke to three(3) c/s representatives after we realized that we had been charged monthly since we did not cancel within the 30 day trial period. THEY have no contract on record for our so called "order" and on the third call (all with different people) and aftrer the second hang-up , she offered to remove the charges for the last shipment only and a 30% discount for the April shipment.

Please note that on each call we offered to send all six(6) boxes) ( 4 unopened and 2 opened, 1 with only the skin fresh cream inside, and the other with both products ) inside .

PLEASE NOTE- THEY DID NOT WANT ANY OF THE PRODUCTS BACK.

Be careful in dealing with this company, they will take your money and couldn't care less about their product.

I ordered a skin/wrinkle remover for $1.99 trial offer and now my direct deposit card has been charged $4.95 , $3.95 (from allurerx-offer.com) and $38.61 (cancellation fee) . I only clicked on the $1.99 trial offer! I've had to cancel my card and I'm going to dispute the transaction when they finish processing and return the product when I receive it. I've sent several emails and no response from the company. I've called them at the number in the email they sent me letting me know they charged me and they're very rude and offer me a discount on a future order if I want to reopen my account.....Really?
