On April 4, 2016, I purchased the following product or service:

I purchased a trial of Skin Optics anti wrinkle skin cream and Eyessentials eye rejuvenation serum at the same time from the same website. I paid $4.95 and $5.95 respectively on 4/8/16 using my debit card. On 4/20/16 I notice tow new charges in my account for &89.95 and 86.95. I called the customer service number and was informed that to see the information that you are signing up for a trial offer you had to click on a box that said terms and that's where one could find that you would agree to this amount. I did not click on that box because I thought it was just saying I agreed to this trial. This is a deceptive practice. I would like a full refund.

Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied for the following reason(s):

I felt the trial offer was deceptive. They refused to give me a refund.

To resolve the problem, I would like the following to take place:

I would like a full refund.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem, and will wait until May 20, 2016 before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau.

In May 2016 I saw an offer to try a skin cream the price seemed cheap enough so I ordered I was charged$4.95 plus $5.95.I don't recall seeing any fine print that I needed to cancel in 14 days or I would be continously billed $89.95 on 5/19, $86.95 on 5/20,$92.90 on6/20 and then $94.90 on 6/20 = total$364.70 for two very small containers of skin cream. I received no phone calls from them before they withdrawed my money .I received a package 6/20/16 which I refused and sent it back this morning. Unfortunately I didnt have access to my online banking to find them withdrawing my money from my acct sooner. I phoned them today 6/21/16 only to get a refund for $94.90 for the package I returned.

The first two people I tried talking to were trained well to ignore anything I had to say about wanting them to stop withdrawing any more money from my bank acct. and that I wanted to cancel any further packages and to please issue me a refund.I tried pleading with them to refund my money but they continousely stated that it was my fault for not reading the full terms and cond.they offered 35% off the package I refused and sent back then after they said well if you refused to take the 35% we cant help you anymore and put me on hold David came on (a Supervisor)and offered me 50%off the package I sent back but nothing else on the other amounts withdrawn from my acct I said how can you expect me to agree to that ,

totally exhausted by now I again pleaded for a refund but instead was told there is nothing he could do further to help me then said he would be hanging up and did. A couple minutes I received a call from Marcia she offered to refund $94.90 for the package I returned but could'nt refund any more. She didnt care to discuss any other concerns that I had with the amount of money that was withdrawn for the product that I received. As I can now look back in my bank acct there was withdrawals from different names the first in May was JDJ*SKINEENRICHER and AJE*EYEREFRESHPRO. Please warn others about this scam outfit. Do you think I will beable to pursue getting any of my $269.80 money back? Thank you.

Contact your credit or debit card company

Please call your credit card company and they will help with this because the people at these companies are ruthless!! I have repeatedly asked for a copy of this contract that I know I did not agree to but they still have not provided it for me.

Also consider contacting the Attorney General of the State of California as this is the state where they are operating from. They may be able to offer some help as well. Good luck.

This is a subscription scam. Make sure you cancel the product in 14days or they will charge you $90 for the product. They tell you but in tiny letters in the terms and conditions. Do NoT make the same mistake I did. There are better products for cheaper!! They advertise that this is a free trail offer, but it is not. It is very misleading and dishonest. The customer service rep also yelled at me when I canceled.

Horrible experience

I am beyond furious at these people and their false advertising!!! The cream doesn't even work. They charged me 200$, 15 days after charging me 10$. The ad is completely misleading. The customer service reps were extremely unprofessional, yelling at me?!

We were taken as well

Doing business with either of these two companies is dangerous. These companies will sign you up on a autoship program which is deceptively advertised.

After realizing you are being charged for product even if you cancel the shipments with them by phone they will still charge you the next month. Our bank tried to dispute the charges and was only able to recover a third of our money even though we had canceled service and received no product.

My advice to anyone that uses these products would be to cancel your credit card immediately after the first charge appears on your credit card statement. They will keep charging you probably until you catch it and you will not get your money back.

The company is real shady. If you order the face and eye cream they count from the day that you submit your order as the first day of the 14 day trial period. Then if you do not cancel by the 13th day they will deduct $89.95 for the face cream and an additional $86.95 for the eye cream.

When you call to cancel your membership they will tell you that they can not refund you but they will then state that they will work with you to resolve the conflict as long as you do not file a dispute with your credit card company.

I immediately called my credit card company and with the assistance of the gentleman helping me was able to get the full refund for the eye cream. I was told that I would have to call Skin Optics since they were a complete different company and cancel my membership with them directly and try and get a refund from them. Ironically both products were mailed out in the same box. I spoke with the supervisor from Skin Optics (Sandra) and this was one cold person. She finally agreeded to refund me 50% of the money they withdrew from my account.

At this point I was happy to not be paying $176.90 for face cream. I find it truly amazing that there are people who are either desperate enough to work for or willingly to work for a company such as this knowing that they are ripping off consumers and can still sleep at night.

I ordered skin optics January 2016. for a low 4.95 trial price. I looked and read the whole page to make sure there were no hidden fees or charges later down the road like some companies do. I didn't see anything. I received my product and started using right away. Then I received another product a day later called essentials An eye treatment. I started using it as well. The products were o.k nothing I would buy again. Today I logged into my checking account and it's overdrawn! Both companies charged my account skin optics $89.95 and the Essential $86.95 on the 21st of January! So I called the skin optics and told them I didn't want there products anymore and I never read anything on their page about this huge charge or I would have never ordered it! The woman said yes ma'am it states right on the page that after a 2 week trial you will be charged this fee. So I went back to their web page to read it again just to confirm it never stated anything about a later fee. And I was right! It never says one thing about it! But where it asks for your name and email address it does say "by clicking on this you agree to all terms and conditions" I looked all over for the terms and conditions and couldnt find that either! This is so totally wrong that these companies can do this and get away with it! Just wrong! I won't trust any companies ever again now!

This trial and company is a scam. They make you agree to "terms and conditions" which they do not provide full information off. Initially only charged my account $4.95 each for shipping of product skin optics cream and eye cream). 2 weeks later charged me $89.95 per cream and were extremely rude on the phone when i called to ask for a refund or cancel! plz watch out and do not give out your credit card information to them! product doesn't work either. What a waste of time and money!! wish i had never ordered!

I accepted the free trial offer from Skinoptics and cancelled the order a few weeks later. Because I did not cancel in time I was then charged full price for the order. I ended up having to contact them twice to at least have them stop sending this stuff that has made no difference at all. There was no information with the orders specifying a time line to cancel and if it was in the fine print you need to make it as big as the rest of the print.

I saw offer for free sample of Skin Optics for just shipping After going through required screens it then came up an additional offer for Eye Essentials. I did not want this offer but when I hit screen it automatically entered it for shipment.

This was 6/24/16. I did receive sample but no written material included. Today I notice two charges on my checking account; one for $89.95 for Skin Optics and another for $86.95 for Eye Essentials! I immediately calledd888-612-8019 (Skin Optic) and spoke to Jasmine. She informed me that there was 14-day trial period and I would have had to call to cancel within that period. I explained I never saw this when I applied for sample. She said she could cancel my membership but no refund would be given.

I then called 888-612-0817 (Eye Essentials) and spoke to Willy. I was given same line. Asked where did it state about 14-day trial period. He said there was box that stated "I am over 18 years old"... etc and also states about trial period. Said your trial period ended 7/7. Today is 7/8. This is totally ridiculous! They did not send any written material with sample nor did they state any of these conditions when they send confirmation email. I am a Senior Citizen on Social Security. This scam has me so upset about this kind of cost.

Something should be done about this!

I ordered a anti aging skin product after watching video on FB. The trail period was -4 days for $4.95. After one month another sample was sent to me. Then again 30 days later another sample was sent. What I didn't realize was that Skin Optics and Eyessentials were billing my CC $94.00 and $69.00 per month fur both sample products. When I called I was told it was my responsibility to cancel after the 14 day trial. Essentially I paid nearly $500.00 for a product I thought was costing $4.99. When I called Skin Optics they said they could only cancel the Skin Optics cream that Eyessentials was a separate company and I had to call and cancel that separately. Huge scam. Buyer beware. $4.95 sample costs me $500.00 and if I didn't catch it in my cc it would have been $2,000.00 for the year!

I was so excited to receive my Skin Optics order because of the claims they made. I even ordered the eye cream because I really had high hopes for this company. Not only did the product not work, it broke out my skin and took over a week to arrive. So when I called to cancel they told me that I would be charged and that if I read the agreement terms that it stated the free trial started as soon as I placed the order. (At 11pm) Ummm misleading? Yes, big time.. I asked if their agreement terms (which are not easy to find) inform the customer that they will only have the product for 4-5 days to try and not the 2 weeks like they falsely lead you to believe? (Not that I could have even made it the full 2 weeks because of what it did to my skin.) Either way I still felt extremely lied to. On top of that the 2 customer service reps that I spoke to were extremely rude! I was shocked. I have never in my life talked to people so rude. One of the reps even told me that if I was thinking about taking things further that I should know that they have the best lawyers around and have a 99% track record for winning cases.. Umm really? What is wrong with you people? That took me back to when growing up kids automatically would jump to the "I'm going to sue you if you don't agree with me" days.. It was pretty disgusting.. Finally after dealing with each of their lack of professionalism and also attempting to make this situation my fault they finally said that they would give me a 50% refund. Fine.. sure.. At that point I was just done. So I agreed. Well here it is over 2 weeks later and I still haven't been refunded for my Skin Optics order. I did receive my refund for the eye serum, but still nothing on the face cream. I feel like I was not only lied to, but stolen from as well and then treated like I was trash. STAY AWAY from these people! If they are not a scam, they are the closest thing to a scam that I have ever personally dealt with. I have done more product trials than I can count try see what new products are out there. Not once have I ever been treated so poorly by a company like I was from Skin Optics..

SkinOptics is a deceit and a ripoff

I ordered trial samples for $4.95 without being aware that I had to call off o monthly subscription after 14 days. I thought I read the advertisement carefully and I have not seen anything about 14 days. A month later I got a shipment of two creams with the name ESSENTIALS and I was not aware that this came from SKIN OPTICS. There was no invoice enclosed no information about the charge. On one of the cosmetics not even ingredients are being mentioned. After receiving a second package with the same stuff I began researching who is sending this. After many calls I have learned that my credit card has been charged twice for $92.90 without my authorization. I am now filing a compliant with a federal agency so that scam operation can be shut down.

The cremes are quite useless.

I got a 'trial" size order. I had NO idea this had to be "returned" in 10 days! I was then charged by the Same parent company - Vibrant - for both trials, Eye Essentials and Skin Optics each charged me $89,95! I got a full refund from Eye Essentials. I called Skin Optics and they offered a 35% discount, then then up'd it to 75% I told them I wanted a FULL refund. I did NOT agree to pay $89.95 anywhere. I was buying a "trial size" product that was supposed to take 30 days using it twice a day. How am I supposed to return it after 10 days, if it's a 30 day trial - it supposedly takes 30 days to see if it works. This is INSANE. I want a full refund and to have all future communication ended immediately.

Ordered what I believed were sample size bottles of face cream. I was billed $5.00 and $6.00 for what I thought to be payment for the samples. When I called, asking why I had been charged $89.00, they said the cream should have been returned within thirteen days, which, again I was not aware of. Also said the money charged for samples was really for shipping, again was news to me. Apparently there never were Samples, just a rip off to get me to order The $89.00 product. I am on a fixed income, I never would have ordered face cream that costly. I am working with my credit card company too. Thank you.

Robbed!

After being charged $94.90 I called to cancel the subscription. I received an email and a confirmation number. The company sent me the same product and charged my account the same amount the next month. When I called to get it resolved, the idiot said that they didn't send me that product and that I would have to call another number to get the "other" product cancelled! It was the SAME PRODUCT! I called my bank and had the company tagged so they couldn't steal any more money from me. The customer service rep said that he didn't have to give me the number to the other company but he was giving it to me as a "favor"! I am out almost $200.00 now! If I were Christy Brinkley, I would sue the company for using my name and face to rob people!

Avoid Skin optics at all cost!

This company is a total scam! My wife ordered the trial for $4.95 and we continue to receive product and monthly charges for $90. We finally succeeded in canceling our subscription but only after they sent us two or three more shipments. Their tactics are deceptive and dishonest. Do not fall for this! It is been a colossal hassle trying to get the charges reversed through my Credit card company. I'm still not sure if we've gotten anywhere. Even After we thought it was canceled, the charges continue to show up on our card several months after the fact. I can't possibly give this company a low enough rating.

I also was scammed by this company. I had to call my credit card company and I insisted that the man from my credit company call skin optics and have a three way conference call. The female that we reached was very hard to understand and kept saying to my credit card guy to repeat what she said. Bottom line, don't waste your time or money. I just got that handled on Aug. 10th, 2016. Guess what I got in the mail on Aug. 11, 2016 (the next day) another jar of cream!!!!! I cannot believe it. So, I will be back on the phone again tomorrow getting this one handled. VERY bad business.

Never again...

SkinOptics -Eyessentials is a trick/ripoff to get your money. I called the number included with the products to cancel both of them. I was conveniently not told that I was only cancelling one product and would need to call another number to cancel the other. A month later I was again charged for one product. When I called Carlos G. Told me I had received an email notifying me of the need to make another phone call. (The email I received did not say that). I asked to have the new charge reversed which was refused. I spoke to 3 more people including Froy, a supervisor. They refused to reverse the charges and said it was my responsibility to know that cancellation had to be done for each individual product. I believe this is just a trick and ripoff to continue to get your money even if you ask to cancel.

I was offered a trial/sample online for Skin Optics and Eyessentials for the cost of shipping. Ordered and paid shipping with my debit card. Received samples.

My bank account was debited $176.90 in addition to the shipping costs. I called the Customer Service number for Skin Optics to question these charges and was told by the call center (3rd party) that when I accepted the trial I was authorizing monthly shipments of these products.

It was never my intention to have these products automatically billed and shipped on a monthly basis! I was just trying the sample. (Bait and Switch!)

After much negotiation and much resistance from the "Supervisor" of the call center, I was able to receive a 50% "Courtesy Credit". I was assured that my "account" was cancelled and I would not receive any products in the future. I wasn't happy that I'd been scammed out of $91.42! But figured that I'd cut my losses.

The following day, I checked my bank account. There were additional charges for $187.80! Mind you, I've only received the sample I originally ordered. So far I've already had $364.70 debited from my bank account not including shipping charges.

Again, I called the "Customer Service" call center and requested a credit for the erroneous charges. The call center representative (Supervisor) Burno Roberts (sure it's a "real" name) could not have been more rude! Not only woud I not be credited for these additional charges; but, she was going to reverse the 50% "Courtesy Credit" for the previous charges I'd incurred.

No question, this is a fraudulent scheme. They've already debited $364.70 from my bank account without my authorization. I'm only one among the many that they're scamming. We all work very hard to earn our money. How dare they steal it from us! They're crooks!

This is a total rip off. The facebook ad showed the product as being a peel off mask. What I received was a bottle of lotion and a jar of another lotion. I used it, my face broke out. I called within the 14 day trial period and was told that I had to count the day of my order even though I didn't receive the product that day. I was 1 day over and my bank account was charged $89 and $86. I freaked out on Trey the Customer Service rep and asked ot speak to a supervisor and he said that there were none available. Finally after arguing with him he agreed to give me 35% refund. I said ok and told him I wanted a refund on the other product as well. He said that was a different company and gave me the number. I called the number and the smae guy Trey answered the phone. When he realized that he had just spoken to me, he hung up on me. I called back and he hung on me again. I waited a while and called back and the new guy told me the same exact thing and all i could get was a 35% refund. I feel so taken advantage of because their terms and conditions do not clearly state what they say that it states. I will never ever fall for another facebook ad ever ever again. Be warned! This company is not legitimate and their products are no better than what you would get at the Dollar store.

----------scam---------

On 6/27/16 i saw a add for a free trial offer of skin optics and all i had to pay way $4.95 for shipping. By the way the way they used christie brinkleys face to sell their product so why wouldn't anyone want to try it right ? Then they offered me the eye cream and i'd just pay the shipping of $5.95

Anyway a few days later i received my package. I started using it and it's ok, it's not great, just ok like any over the counter cream. So i went online to see what other consumers had to say about this product and most reviews said "scam" so i began to look into it further. Some consumers said they had to call and cancel their cc so they wouldn't charge it, some said they were charged several hundred dollars without knowledge and couldn't get a full refund. So i called them several times to cancel my cc and was on hold for up to 15 min at a time with no answer. So i decided to email them and tell them they do not have permission to charge my card. All of a sudden i get a magical reply stating i have to call them back to take care of this matter.

So i called today 7/8/16 and jessica answered, she seemed polite at first, until i told her i didn't what them charging my card, she said i had to return the free trial and pay the shipping on it. I said

No it was free and i already paid for shipping, she then told me "well you shouldn't of signed up for something you don't want to be billed for"

At this point i started to raise my voice, i again clearly told her "you do not have permisson to bill my card! at this point she started yelling at me and saying "why are you being so stubborn?"

Um, excuse me its my money!! what the hell is wrong with these people ! so we had a war of words and a screaming match i asked to speak to her manager and he/she was conveniently on the phone.

My only choice was to tell her she had horrible customer service skills and she shouldnt have a job working with people ... And then i canceled my credit card.

This whole experience was not at all worth the "free" trial!

I am now going to contact the better business bureau and file a complaint.

People be warned this is a scam !! and jessica needs some grammar lessons

Signed ,

You didn't scam me !

I too was scammed by Skin Optics via a Facebook ad which offered a free sample of 2 products for the face.

I never saw that I had 14 days to tell them if I wanted them or not and since I did not they charged me an additional $87 and $89 for the 2 products.

since I was away for the months it wasnt untll I returned and saw the charges on my credit card. I immediately contaced the company and was told that since I used the original products they were not able to be returned.

i was then informed that I was automatically enrolled in auto shipment!! I was livid and insisted it be cancelled and I be reimbursed.

to make matters worse, they are 2 seperate companies ( Skin Optics and Eye Essentials) that require you to send them back at your own cost and there is a $9.95 re-stocking fee for each product!

Im beyond angry and looking to inform as many people but also have them criminally charged with fraud.

Want to try Skin Optics? Don't Do it unless you do some research as this company makes it near impossible to see the " terms and conditions" in the standard ordering process online. As a matter of fact, your confirmation email will state nothing about your "membership or trial" nor does the package once you receive it. Simply a poor business model if you ask me.

They say you are getting something for just shipping then send two items and two shipping charges. Once you are in the process you can't get out. Then at at later date they charge two more amounts for something you didn't even know you ordered.

Skin Optics FALSELY advertises on another products commercial. The commercial we have all seen on facebook where the wrinkles and bags disappear as you watch. When you click to try the product, you are then taken to Skin Optics. I fished around and found that they were not the only ones using this DECEPTION. It took some doing to find the actual product that I had seen, only I was too late like another unsuspecting consumer being rippd off. I'm embarassed to admit how much they got me for as I could not find the charges on any of my cards. Too late I found I had given my internet banking company of which I get no statement. They are cunning THIEVES, and I hope they burn. By the way. the product they send is pure crap and the cheapest junk you'll find.

The facial cream and eye cream is a scam. Within a few days of trying the products I developed horrible rash that turned into sores and called 4 days after and tried to cancel. Firstly it took me multiple searches to find a phone number for them. The number on their web site belongs to another company that had no record of my order. Finally after multiple numbers I got thier phone number. The eye product is a seperate company and they also go under different names. I was told I will not get charged but never recieved a confirmation. A week later I called again and fnally after talking to multiple people I recieved a cancellation notice via email. I was told again that I wll not get charged. But the notice did not say anything. A day later, I saw a charge on my account and called again. After multiple futile trys talking to various people, managers, etc.

They agreed to give me only 50%. They claimed they had no record of my first few calls that was way before the 14 days. They put you on a subscription and get charged. They ask for your credit card for just postage to get you to try the product and then start charging you. It doesn't matter if you call within 14 or whatever days, they claim you never called. It is the most horrible experience I have ever had with online purchases. The company is a complete fraud and their product is dangerious. I have incurred so much suffering and medical expenses to get rid of the sores that almost blinded me because of the sores around my eye. I sent them pictures and today talked to yet another manager who was trying to give me medical advice and claiming that 50% is the best they can do. I doubt that they give me any refund. I recieved two charges of 86 and 89 dollars. Eye essentials at least had the courstesy to give me full refund when I told them about the reaction. But, skin optics is a whole different story. I am sure there are many others with the same issue. The company should be investigated and thier activitiy stopped so other inocent people dont' go through what I have surfferd. PLEASE stop them.

Mrs

I had the same experience however I called skin optics first as my bank had a number listed and eye essential did not, so they are sitting there laughing at us, the skin optics after a lengthy conversation (begging) agreed to credit and I asked why they were not crediting me the other charge and she told me hold on and let me check and returned saying I had to call their company and gave me a number to call with one digit different in the end. The second customer service so called rep. Was Satan himself she was the rudest most uncaring unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. She told me she had to hang up now after a unsuccessful chat. I managed to keep her for a moment longer and told her the charge was pending and if it is charged it would bounce because it was making my acct overdrawn and she blatantly told me " we have your money and you will just have to plan accordingly" WHAT ? It was the most horrible call ever and then as I was talking she hung up on me !!!!!! BAD COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND SHUT DOWN

An ad popped when I was on Facebook advertising a new product to reduce wrinkles...the name of the product is Skin Optics. This was on January 1st, 2016. They were offering a trial of their new product for $4.95 plus a little shipping. I CAREFULLY read the complete text displayed during the order process. NO WHERE did it state that there would be any further charges, nor did it state there would be any automatic shipment of future products. When I received the product about 5 days later, there was only one post card size piece of literature touting the benefits of using Skin Optics, but with nothing on it about any trial or automatic reordering. It does give a phone number to use "should you need to contact us."

On the morning of January 16th my card was charged $89.95. When I called the company on January 16th they said that I had not called them within 14 days to tell them I was not satisfied with the product or to cancel future orders. Do the math...I ordered it on January 1st. I did not receive it for at least 5 days...and they charged my account the $89.95 on 1/16/2016!! If it is true that they give you 14 days to try their product, when did their 14-day trial really start?

There was no 14-day trial. There was certainly no information on the web page I ordered from about any trial or any automatic shipments in the future! When I called to complain today they would only refund me $44.98, and it will take 3 to 5 days for the refund to process. They said they have cancelled any future orders. BUT THEY HAVE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. We will see...but at this point I think it is doubtful if I will receive any refund at all.

contact your credit card company and have a 3 way conference call

I just went thru all of this crap. Just got of the phone with my credit card company and insisted a conference call. It worked but don't forget to get their name and more importantly get a cancellation number so they can not get out of it.

This company stole my money

I will give ZERO STARS...This company literally stole my money. Same situation happened to me I order the trial and the they charged me 86.95 and 89.95. The conditions were NOT stated on the page and I didn't approve this. I never got a call telling me that I have to pay them back?????

I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I hope that they do not get any new customers ever again!!!!

It just happened to me

Scam scam scam. I made a clain report against skinoptics and Im in the process with my bank to block any other trasactions. I purchased 2 itens on july 20th that was $10. I realized it wasnt the company that i thought it was. So i called skin optics to cancel my transaction about 20 min later. I was on the phone for almost 2 hrs. Nobody answered so i was unable to cancel with them.

I called my bank right away and immediately they refunded me my $10. I thought it was all over but this morning i see on my bank account that skin optics withdrawaled 86.95 and 89.95 a total of 172.90. I freaked out called my bank and the claims department blocked skin optics. I will be getting my money back but the transaction is still pending.

How long does a pending transaction take?? Im so worried that i wont get the money back soon. I have 2 kids and $172 is needed for my family. Does anybody know how long transactions take???

I ordered Skin Optics and Eye Essentials from http://skinoptics.org

I was dumb I should have read the reviews here first.

I called different people to cancel within the cancellation period becuase I did not want to be charged for a re oder WAY before the designated cancellation time.

4 people answered:

1) Said: "You keep "cutting out, can you repeat that?" which after the 5th time I hung up

2) "Can you repeat that I am having a hard time hearing you" again 4x I hung up

3) "Your name is not on file" Really isn't that interesting since you mailed this s**+*t to my address

4) I gave them my ORDER number on the email they sent me. "That number is not on file"

I gave #4 a piece of my mind and asked him how he could take a paycheck for working for such a disreputable company? Is feeding your family really worth sacrificing your INTEGRITY? Find another job, this one will take you straight to H***.

RUN do not walk to the nearest exit to get out of the strangle hold of this horrnedous. CARNIVEROUS company.

Why the government does not get involved with SCAMS like this I will never know.

Stay away.

This company of skin optics and eyessentials is a total rip off, they charged my credit card without authorization when i called they said i should of called yesterday March 23rd since that was the 14 days but have not had products for 14 days was never sent email or text from either company that stated i only had so many days. But when i did call one company did cancel my account but would not reimburse me the other one refuse to do the same until they get a payment. The add was on Facebook with pictures of celebrity like Ellen, Oprah and Cindy Crawford just to name a few and we all know that they can afford $89.95 a month either that or they like to get ripped off. I feel that these people should not respresent these company if they dont disclose everything and believe me word of mouth is a greater form of advertising than anything in writing.

I placed a trial order of Skin Optics on January 1st after seeing a post on Facebook. I received the product on January 7th. I tried the product for one week after my face began to turn red and felt burnt I called to cancel and was informed that it was outside the 14 day trial period. I explained that I did not receive the product until the 7th and was told that they had an agreement and that I would not receive product at no charge. Then I noticed a charge of $89.95 on my account on the 19th. Even being charged on the 19th after receiving the product on the 7th I would not have had 14 days to try the product. SCAM!!!
