I recieved a pop-up in what looked like an amazing product for a few dollars worth of samples to try. A couple weeks later I saw two charges pending with my bank of $89.00 each, give or take a few. I was not made aware when I ordered the samples that I would automatically recieve another shipment. I immediately called 888-613-5123 Skinlogistics (automated) to cancel. And 888-608-4078 for the Eyelastic and cancelled. The lady gave me a return number and she said they would give me a refund when they recieved the product back. I also called my bank immediately and had them stop the transaction from processing. And they did stop the payment from going thru. If you hit O for operator you will get a live person.
But my other complaint is that the product doesn't even work. I have been using it for 2 weeks everyday and night and see no difference at all. The product I used before was better and I can tell that my skin seems dry now where I have oily skin. The eye cream is doing nothing at all either. So don't waste your time and your money on it.
