Final payment was made to this vendor on July 1, 2019. On August 19. 2019, this merchant was contacted to request when airline tickets would be booked in order to obtain visitor visa to China. No response was received.
On September 19, 2019, received notification that operations would cease effective immediately and refunds would be processed within 20 business days to the payment method used to pay for trip. Sufficient time had passed with no refunds processed/received by me, and have since contacted merchant three times with no response [only automatic e-mail response].
